Second time here. I rarely complain and usually treat wait staff respectfully. Food is decent to ok for a French restaurant... except for the fact that there was a hair in my food! (see picture). Also, wait staff was unprofessional when we complained,almost like we were irritating them for bringing up any issues. Ordered a 6 dollar latte, which was a basic cup of coffee, not alatte. The two women who "helped" us were at the bar enjoying some alcohol together. To top it off they put a processingnon-standard almost 10%fee on each item you get unless you pay with cash, PLUS a sales tax fee. They must not train staff toexplain this before you order and eat. Expect to have a bigger price amount than the menu price shows. They should tellcustomers this beforehand, place it on the menu and change how they itemize the bill for transparency.
