I hate that my experience today was so poor because I had a much better experience 3 days ago which is why I came back. My... biggest issue today was the cashier (Asia is the name on my receipt) she was extremely rude, impatient, unprofessional, and hadzero customer service skills. The restaurant had 1 customer eating when I entered, the cashier came from the back with AirPodsin her ears she did not greet me.. I noticed they have notes all over the menu stating sold out items (burgers, sides, shakesetc..). As I?m looking to see what I want to order as half of the menu is sold out, she rushes me to make a selection and as Iam asking questions she talks over me and pretty much acts as if her time is being wasted. I started to just walk out but I hadsomeone else with me who really wanted to try out the food. We did change our mind about dining in and ordered Togo. When we gotour food it tasted nothing like it had 3 days prior (the chef was a male today, on Friday it was a female). The sweet potatofried tasted like they had been cooked in chicken grease and were under cooked. The grilled chicken sandwich just didn?t tasteas fresh. I wish I would have taken my $25 dollars somewhere else it wasn?t not worth it and clearly wasn?t appreciated! My mother visited Denver for the first time. She is not able to get around, and my brother has not landed in Denver yet to take... her to eat. I called Burger IM and spoke with the manager Amen. Let me tell you, this young man provided exceptional customerservice. He personally deliver my mothers food. The beef is tiny, dry, and unseasoned. It?s funny because it costs almost 10x than Wendy?s/McDonald?s, and tastes 10x worse.... They didn?t have the lamb so I ended up getting all beef. Onion rings were delicious, but it?s not an onion rings restaurant,it?s a burger restaurant. And they don?t make tasty burgers. Read more
I was impressed with their fries. They had a great taste without ketchup because they were cooked and seasoned well. I tried... three different burgers (one chicken, two different beef sliders) also but none of them rocked me because they were all prettydry. I suggest asking for extra sauce to play it safe. Interesting menu with options like the falafel burger or lamb burger ( which was my choice), and several others. The fries were... fresh and delicious, with a generous sized burger. My one complaint was that the burger was completely unseasoned and VERYbland, which would have been forgiveable if the price wasn't premium. I am willing to pay a higher price for a high qualityburger but unfortunately this one fell flat for me. Read more

Just in town for a few days, tried this place tonight after poor service and poor food at Ruby Tuesdays the night before.
