Really really subpar quality, especially for a $13 burger. Brought home and opened this Swag Burger within 10 minutes of it... being prepared. It had completely congealed and saturated the bottom bun. The beef tasted gamey, and I ended up tossing thewhole thing. I?ll stick to Wendy?s. Read more

Went to BurgerFi in Auburn Alabama and thought we would try here in Colorado had gone to the art show downtown and this was a... great place to stop for lunch we ordered a burger and a fried chicken sandwich the burger was pretty good but the friedchicken sandwich did not look like the picture and it was actually pretty bland and flat and tasteless we ordered a large frybecause it was two of us and the container was fairly small so I thought OK that?s good well what came out was enough fries forfour people so trust me get the small fry for two people it?ll be enough!! I don't know what to say about it that would actually sound nice it wasn't a bad experience. I did enjoy my food the onion rings... were on point, french fries tasted a little overcooked, and the burgers we're just basic burgers nothing impressive about it.The overall service was good but could have been better it seemed like they were really not interested in customer service moreor less getting people in and out of there. Since I don't have any half Stars I would rate this 3 and 1/2 overall for gooddecent food decent customer service and decent overall experience.
