It's usually pretty fresh food here, but I went at 9PM and got quite old stuff. My bacon cheeseburger also came with 1 soggy... small strip. Jalapeno poppers were dry and almost empty inside. At least give me 2 soggy bacon strips and some sign of cheese inmy jalapeno poppers... Read more
The food is good, normal for Burger King. The staff can never hear you in the drive through and if you speak up they get angry.... They are amazingly slow. If you need food fast this isn't the place to go. I spend at least 30 minutes here between waiting inline and receiving food, and that's if I'm 2nd or 3rd in line inside or in the drive through. Totally not chill bro. I hold the King in much higher regard than any other competitors. It?s never lead me astray? at least... not until tonight. My wife and I had a heated debate between wether we should dash the king or the clown and I insisted on theking. No bueno bro. They forgot her pickles. Fries were dry and cold. Burgers tasted old, like a day old. The chicken frieswere not representative of the luxury the BK lounge is known for. I?m distraught. My wife is crying. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BURGER KING! I frequent this Burger King often only because the staff has always gone above and beyond... for their customers. I have never had an issue with any of my orders, and the kindness from everyone is slightlyinfectious. ALSO MAJOR BONUS POINTS FOR!!!... *DRUMROLL* This Burger King having a trash can at their drive thru window thatis actually well maintained and emptied often!!! All I wanted was a whopper, but instead I received undercooked meat, what tasted like spoiled lettuce, and a piece of coiled up... plastic in my sandwich? yes, it was IN my sandwich. The only things that should?ve had a little crunch/crisp were the pickles,lettuce, and onions, but nope. I went there with my roommate while on vacation. They charged my roommate once and said it didn't go through. The manager came... over and said his card was declined so they charged him again on a different car (2 almost $40 orders). The next day when hewent in to get it fixed they said the drawer wasn't over and they couldn't do anything for him. We then went in later and theyfinally did right.
