It?s 7:30 am (they supposedly open at 6 am) and I sat in the drive thru for 3 minutes and no one was working the drive thru. No... big deal. Maybe they?re busy? I went to go into the building to order and there was an employee drinking coffee watching me tryto open the door. The door was locked and she just walked away. Got the WRONG ORDER... NO Receipt.... Tried to Call and got Hung up on. I catch the bus so when I got home I bit into SAUSAGE...... Why pay for something that YOU DON'T GET? I haven't been to a Burger King in years. The service was fast and friendly, the food seem like it was freshly prepared, the... fries were hot and delicious. I only took a stairway out of principal because no fast food restaurant that sells highlyprocessed products should get five stars. Read more
2nd time my order as been screwed up, I ordered a back on king and no bacon and the burger is wrong, my chicken fry?s are old m,... my 8 piece nuggets are old and gross. This place is the worst. They didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't do the survey online. Normally the staff is very friendly by I came by at 545pm... today (friday) and the girl working the register was so cold. she was rushing me the whole time I was ordering and when I got tothe window she glared at me the entire time. I was super polite, tried to smile, and made sure to say please and thank you. Igot an empty stare and silence back. the food was good though andthey got my order correct. Read more
I tried to call into the store(no-one ever answered) after I got home and noticed, what I believe to be, paint splatter on the... inside of the wrap for my burger. It was fresh, orange, paint and it was on the burger as well. My first thought was justketchup until I bit into it and was disgusted by the taste. I may try calling in again tomorrow but this was the worst fast foodexperience I've had. Read more
