First and foremost, this restaurant is absolutely stunning. The flavor combinations, freshness of ingredients, and beautiful... plating made dinner and experience and so much more than just a meal. Being able to interact with the chef as your meal wasprepared also added a sense of fun. I've eaten at quality restaurants all over the world and BRUTO absolutely stood out. Onlywarning I would give to potential diners is to ensure your bank account is rather healthy before going. While not the mostexpensive restaurant in Denver, it is definitely premium ingredients, a premium experience, and a near premium price to match. However if you are a foodie in any regard it's absolutely worth the cost and then some. What a astonishing dining experience! Exceptional use of local grown foods. The team makes a very hard effort to be sustainable... (which is very difficult in this Industry). The food was exquisite. Everything was made with purpose and made with thought.Great concept and outstanding food. I wish I lived here to enjoy it more often. Read more

Absolutely AMAZING. I cannot speak more highly of this unique and delicious experience. My friend and I visited for lunch, and... we were absolutely blown away!! This was one of the better meals I've had in a very long time. The service was absolutelyamazing from the outset. We were kindly welcomed to the chef's counter at this perfectly-sized space in Denver's Free Marketlocation on Blake St. We were immediately chatting about our allergies, and were offered customized cocktails. We opted for the4-course omakase lunch, and it was unbelievable. The chefs creations were on point!! Go on a Saturday or Sunday lunch, as wewere told that's when the chefs get even more innovative/inventive. We were also able to chat a bit with the chefs, too, whichwas really cool! The supplements to the omakase were absolutely unreal...especially the crab tostada and the pork torta, OMG. Wealso loved learning about from where the ingredients were sourced, and learning how the tortas, tacos, and tostadas were made.Thank you for making such a special meal for us!! We hope to be back very soon! Read more

By far the best meal I've had in Colorado. Chef Michael and his team blew it out of the park. It's a cozy yet upscale open... kitchen concept. The food was thoughtful and original and beautifully composed, there wasn't a single component of a dish Iwould change. We did the 6 course tasting menu, and each time we finished a dish I was beyond excited to find out what camenext. This place was worth every penny. Read more
