Great salad options! I absolutely loved the falafel sandwich and Thai salad. The Thai dressing is loaded with flavor. ... Amazing. My kids love the kids meal options. Read more

Before my son?s 1st birthday party, we were already giant Brider fans. Delicious food, reasonable prices and a great experience... (atmosphere and service) every time we have been. They are kid friendly too which is harder to find in Denver. All of thesefactors have made Brider a go-to for our family and one of our favorite spots to bring family from out of town. For thesereasons (and the generous size of the sandwiches), we decided to cater with Brider to provide sandwiches for our son?s ?hole inone? birthday party. The Sunday before his party, we found ourselves admitted to the hospital for our little guy. All thesudden, we weren?t sure if we?d be having that party later in the week. The owner of Brider couldn?t have been moreaccommodating. He gave us the longest runway humanly possible to cancel and even said that if we ended up still in the hospitalon his birthday, dinner would be on them. We were floored - and so relieved. Luckily we got discharged the day before hisparty and due to being strapped for time, we now needed to add a giant salad to the order. Absolutely no problem for the Briderteam. They even threw in homemade chips to the mix. Our guests RAVED about the food and we had leftovers that were gone by thenext day thanks to our families. We will never cater with anyone else again. For the food? For sure, but even more so for theexperience we had with this business. Rob, we can?t thank you enough for your kindness and concern during a stressful week. Wewill be back (again and again and again). Read more

This place was phenomenal. Came at the recommendation of a friend who had been often, and so glad I trusted her recommendations!... The meatballs were amazing, so was the kale salad. Service was absolutely excellent, and the staff were all super duperfriendly! High level hospitality at its best for sure! Will definitely be back :) Read more

Love that they do zero-waste takeout takeout in reusable containers. Got a huge spread and all of it was delicious. The falafel... sandwich had some of the best falafel I've had in Denver. The brussel sprouts with the pan-asian sauce was bursting with umami.Definitely a go-to spot for takeout Read more

Ventured to downtown and stumbled upon this amazing eatery. So chill, great selection, and the staff was incredible! I had... the Falafel sandwich which was graciously made vegan. The bread, chips, sandwich and sauce were so good!! Other dishes thatcome highly recommended for non-vegan friends include the Chicken Tortilla Soup, Brussels Spouts, and sweet potatofries. Parking is nearby, totally casual attire (I just finished hiking) , and a very welcoming atmosphere make this place a ?must return? for me!!! Read more

Best chicken I've had in a long time! Decided to go with the rotisserie ramen as it was a cold night and thought this would warm... me up. The flavors were so good and the egg on top made the dish. Definitely want to come back during the lunch hour and trysome of their sandwiches. Anything with the rotisserie in it should definitely be worth your time! Read more
