We usually do order pickup at this place, and they usually are really great for pickup orders. My spouse waited over 40 min to... pickup our food (which was ordered ahead of time), while they only had 8 customers in the restaurant with 4 sushi chefs. I wantto give staff the benefit of the doubt, but as I waited in the car, a couple that came in the establishment 5 min after myspouse went in to pick up the food were able to be seated, got their food and closed their check before we even got our pickuporder. Super disappointing as we love supporting local businesses but I cannot in good faith recommend anyone to order food fromblue fin let alone be a patron at this establishment. Read more

Incredible sushi, definitely my favorite sushi place in Denver! We got the TNT, Spicy Girl, Lemon Tree, and Volcano rolls, and... all of them were delicious and exploding with flavor. TNT and Spicy Girl were my favorites. Service is a bit slow but it’sclearly because they put so much care and thought into each of their rolls. Would definitely recommend this place!! This is my go-to, favorite sushi place! It's my only sushi place actually - I stopped going to other places once I came here. I... have eaten here twice in one day before. I even had my birthday dinner here. Everyone is so friendly, especially the chefs. Thepresentation and taste is incredible. To-go orders are always accurate. I have been going to this restaurant for YEARS and have not had a single bad experience. The food is always super fresh, tasty,... and put together so beautifully. The staff is so kind and enthusiastic, making it an enjoyable experience for everyone. Bestsushi restaurant I've ever been to, hands down! If you are able to, I absolutely recommend trying their miso soup (it isfantastic!) and some of their delicious plum wine, but you can't go wrong ordering anything from the menu here Read more
BlueFin has the best sushi that we have tried in the Denver area!!! We had the Dragon, Pink Lady and Lemon Tree rolls along with... the scallop nigiri. We will definitely be back to get these rolls again and try new ones! Read more
