Went to the drive thru to pickup my online order, was told it would be out in less than 5 minutes. Get it 15 minutes later and... it?s undercooked. Cheese was barely melted and dough was almost raw. Not the first time they undercooked it. Never coming hereagain. Read more

FIRST TIME AND LAST! I was in the store for over an hour and only acknowledged by the delivery driver as he came in. The two... women there never said anything to me. A man came in after I did, he picked up his order no problem, and they still didn'tacknowledge me! The dark haired girl had on headphones and made eye contact once but said nothing. There was a minor girl theremaking cupcakes too. I was only able to get service when I left and used the drive-thru window to pick up my order. The blondewoman handed my boxes to me and made to leave but I had to ask for the 2-litre. She didn't even bother to check i had all itemsI ordered. She said "sorry" like she didn't care I had to go to beyond necessary to get any acknowledgement. This was absolutelyridiculous! "New Management" did nothing for my experience. If I wanted to be ignored that badly, then I could have done otherthings like text an ex I'm not on good terms. I don't think they care one bit here. Read more
