Let me start by saying that Chef Stef is AMAZING! She emphasizes that service is everything to her and she keeps her word! I?m... amazed that she handles everything by herself! Most importantly she can throw down in the kitchen! She made a vegan casserole,mushroom/ deep fried avocado taco, grits, potato and sausage! It was outstanding! And best believe that the SPICE WAS RIGHT! Ilook forward to trying other vegan/ vegetarian options! It?s important to support local businesses! Especially when the serviceis incredible, the flavor is BOMB and her energy is captivating! Thank you for a pleasant experience for my solar return, youare much appreciated! Read more

Absolutely floored by the food here. Been in Denver for three years and have not been wowed by any of the restaurants so... far...until I went to this cafe. Met Steph, the owner behind the cafe and mastermind creator of this DELICIOUS food. She lovesand cares about the food she makes and that is probably the most important ingredient of them all. Can?t stop thinking aboutthat curry and I?m not even vegan. I?m going back for more! Read more
I bought a vegan breakfast burrito from the Auraria Library Cafe and it was AMAZING. It's called Black Spice for a reason... because this burrito had the perfect amount of spice to warm me up and put a pep in my step! I will definitely be buying thisagain, and I hope more cafes on campus start selling them! ???? Read more
