Nothing but good things to say about this place! The food: loved it! We ordered the deluxe and the souther chicken burgers and... loved them. The chicken was cooked perfectly. I love the fun sauces to try. If you go, get a drink and try all the drinks! Thecoconut soda and root beer are to die for. The location: it?s a little place but they have carry out, drive thru, dine in. Thestaff was sooo helpful, the offered to bring us more sauces and napkins and anything else, so more than a fast food vibe. Theatmosphere is fun, the bathrooms are clean, outdoor and indoor seating. When I say amazing food I MEAN AMAZING Fresh and healthy compared to most food chains!! Me and babe just moved to a beautiful... home in a beautiful area right off Franklin and Evans tonight we decided to go on a nature walk and ended up at Birdcall Eats!!Best choice by far customer service was amazing which was so nice to experience especially because the entire squad looked to bein early 20?s and in 2022 you are lucky to get good service let alone by the younger squad!! This place is AWESOME! Not only is the food fast, delicious, and priced well, it has the best outdoor seating going on! There... are two patios, a bike station (with tools!) and a super nice dog bowl set! AND the staff was so friendly!! Read more
Never met a Birdcall I didn?t like. First time trying one of their salads and it was pretty good! Portion could have been a... bit larger but as always, quality of ingredients were on point and order was ready to pick up with a quickness. Read more
Ordered from here several times. First time, forgot all the sauce, second time was great, and I leave this review now because I... went through the drive through on a non busy Sunday and the Nashville hot had zero heat (just oil), and the top bun was missingfrom my wife?s sandwich. We eat here plenty of time and always been excellent. Little hard to find parking during lunch crowd, the parking always full... and have designated curd side pickup only. You have to order by the kiosk and watch for your number on the screen above. A butmodern style but the majority of the crowd are young so they picked up very fast. The chicken is juicy and the sauces areexcellent. Can be a bit pricey but definitely worth it. Oh, they have bottled up margaritas also good. Read more
I always wanted to dine in here. We did a take out and was happy with the management and the service of the employees. Very... well maintained and entire process of ordering and picking up the food from the bay is well organized. We have taken southwestchicken and tofu burgers. We were happy with the chicken burger but tofu was completely disappointing. Oil from the tofu pattywas dripping. It was over fried. We couldn?t eat the burger.
