Good pizza, good service, clean facility & easy to access. My only complaint is that when I try to order delivery online it says... I am not in the delivery zone even though I live only 7 minutes away. Read more
Been ordering here for years to the point they know me by name and my voice over the phone. Never once had an issue with my... orders or with customer service. They've always been good to me. Until tonight. I ordered my usual, a 14inch super combo andjalepeno poppers and wings. I receive my order and everything is fine up until I get to the pizza. It literally only had 2toppings. Mushrooms and cream cheese. At first I think nothing of it and assume maybe they're just really slammed and got partof my order mixed up with someone else's. Call the restaurant and let them know "Hey, I'm missing most of my pizza toppings." Iwas basically called a liar by the women who answered the phone. She quickly realized that she did in fact make a mistake andapologized telling me I could keep the pizza I had received and they will send the correct pizza out ASAP. I'm glad I got myorder corrected but to be called a liar when I've never once complained about my orders being so drastically incorrect makes meless inclined to order from here again. Please update your online ordering! Several products listed that you no longer carry and some showing out of stock that you do... and others not listed that you do carry. Other than that, Super friendly from every point of contact with each and every staffmember I encountered. Speedy service as well from calling in to pickup. Spot on with the time my order would be ready. Fairpricing for their 12 inch pepperoni. ($8.16 w tax)! Totally worth it for speed of service and the quality! Def my fav of the BigDaddy's around town. Hands down, the BEST Big Daddy's out of THE ENTIRE Front range area! They always make a killer pie, great attitude, you can... literally count on them to be there and open, expedient, and balanced on the delivery of product.
