Got an excellent coupon emailed to me, so we used it on our drive. We ordered online for pick-up. They did miss one item in our... order, but when I let them know they fixed it right away. The food was delicious as per usual. Not their fault, but be awarethat the parking lot is a little annoying to get in and out of - we scraped our hitch coming in and had to do a weird slowdiagonal drive to get out without scraping again. Warning! Don't order from the app after 10pm! They'll reject your order and not give you a refund! The app processes your... payment, but the store will reject it and neither will give you a refund so you have to call your credit card company and rejectit. And the service is lame. Dude asks me if I need any sauce. I say no, so then he doesn't give me the marinara sauce that'salready supposed to come with my cheese sticks. I can do without Arbys. I mean, if they don't care about service, I certainlydon't care about giving them business. Read more

They need to fix their on-line ordering with the closing time , happened ro.me 3 times in both aurora and Colorado blvd , it you... close stop taking orders, when you talk to them all they say it's company policy, why accepting orders if you are not going tomake them and waste ppl time and effort. I used to very much enjoy it when I didn't feel like cooking and needed something quick. The food quality has gone down hill and... it has the worst costumer service out of any fast food place I've been to. They constantly are removing items from the menu,which is no fault of their own but it's a tad frustrating nonetheless. My food was clearly left under a heat lamp being crustyeven the roast beef itself. I also got food poisoning from it which isn't great. We've had to go back as they've mess up ourorder and left things out. Most of the time the staff is quite rude or seem high to be frank. I apologize, but I believe it'simportant to voice your opinion otherwise things won't be fixed. Read more

They always make the best sandwiches and they are always friendly and take good care of me. I drive all the way there just... because of the good service and good food. It's worth it to come from 26th and Quebec to that location. Thank you so much forbeing the best. Read more

So I am please to say that since June of 2020 this place has been the only consistent fast food restaurant on Colorado Blvd.... Thats right. I said it. For quality of food, prices, customer service. If you are a decent human and treat these people withrespect I can honestly say they treat me great. I also order lots of stupid food and if they were impatient, then I would be theone to draw the line for most people.
