Someone needs to help these folks out. Clearly understaffed, frequently out of product, frequently closed during posted hours. I... know and have met employees and it's not their fault, it's straight up on Arby's for failing their employees and scamming peopleat the going rate for fast food while delivering substandard products. I love Arby's! I've dined weekly at this location for 7+ years. Despite managerial and staff turnover, Arby's continues to offer... a varied menu, offers new and seasonal meals, and is a great value -- especially when coupons are available. Love that thislocation is usually quiet inside and has great A/C. Read more
I used to like this location until now. There's no such thing as drive thru anymore here. The last 4 visits I've had to park in... front and wait for simple orders. I'm sitting out front now, waiting for over 15 minutes, numerous cars trying to find parkingbecause they've told everyone to park and wait. There's no parking out here at all! The guy just ran food out to me, got halfwayto new then turned and ran to another car after confirming it was my order already. Don't go here expecting thru service, it's amess here. Read more
Like the norm these days they say open and there either closed closing or don't have what's on the menu pretty pathetic.... Especially when there supposedly getting top dollar just to do what they were hired to do. I can't figure it out like mostexcept people don't want to work but want to get paid for showing up. Really sad and what about the owners what are theythinking or do they even care yeah COVID came and went but don't open your business unless you can people happy before COVIDwhat happen to getting a pen and paper out and doing the math the old fashion way. And getting your customers in and out.Turning them away only angers them at least if you attempt to make them happy would be better business. Good luck and this iswhy your still struggling not because no customers. Read more
Closing early seems to be the norm here. 5/5 being closed when I stop through (usually at 7:30) the last couple months. It's a... lot of fun taking everyone's specific order to drive here to see the attached picture. It allows me the opportunity to spendanother 15 minutes in my vehicle, idling, attempting to get ahold of everyone to figure out what new place is agreeable and whatthey each want to order. If you're brainstorming ideas as a family, don't let 'arbys' slip out of your mouth. Don't do this toyourself. Read more
This is the best referral to go to the Good Times restaurant across the street. Twice now I?ve attempted to go here for a meal... only to find it closed and find an alternative solution. I hope that Good Times is getting a referral bonus based on proximity. Read more
