I went to Arby's after I got my order wrong at a different location and a different fast food restaurant that refuse to fix it I... was pleasantly surprised when I went here and I forgot to tell them that I didn't want certain things on my sandwich so I got upto the window to pay through the drive-thru and let her know and I asked her if it was too late to change it and she actuallygot it fixed for me with no complaints and smiled the whole time she was doing it I left her all the change I had left from myorder and said please use it for whoever can use it this place is a great place to go they are very pleasant to deal with andthey've got great food Read more
I haven't been to this location in about 5 years. The place is the cleanest Arby's I've ever been to. The employees were nice.... The cashier, said " Curly fries are coming up. Made you fresh ones" nobody has ever said that to me. Read more
Food just wasn't that fresh. Lettuce alittle browning. But what can you expect honestly from fast food. People were nice though... and their service A1. Maybe I'm just not an Arby's fan lol. Wasn't horrible though. Read more
Wrong order given after paying extra for customization, refused to remake or refund item after showing proof of mistake and... wrong order given. Manager blew off customer to deal with it online or on the phone and refused to take responsibility. Otherhalf of order tasted horrible, will not be coming back, do not recommend.. Update: I did the online complaint at the websiteprovided the same day and havent heard back from anybody in almost a week. Read more
I love Arby's. They have the curly fries & the best fast food gyro. & this 44th location has vastly improved their food quality... & service as well. But 2/5 times with Arby's (any location), they'll get something with your order wrong. Last week, at aWestminster location, I ordered a Greek gyro, but was given a roast beef gyro. A few months back, I ordered curly fries, & gotpotato cakes. Since I'm always using the drive through, I'll only notice when I'm home. Note to self & others: Gotta remember toalways check at the drive through window, that all the order is correct. Apart from that, best fast food gyro & curly friesnation wide. Read more
6:30pm on a Sunday- All doors locked with all of the employees standing out back. My vehicle is too tall to go through drive... through. A sign would have been nice or someone saying something; they just stared at me. Nice place?? Read more
UPDATE: Emailed corporate as per the reply below, been a week and have not had a reply at all. Seems that Arby's is okay with... treating customers poorly and then ignoring that it ever happened. ORIGINAL: Horrible food. Ordered three things and all I cansay is that the iced tea was good. The Roast Beef sandwich was dry and the bun was crumbling. The chicken salad sandwich had analmost non existent amount of salad on it. See the picture. Of course we picked up the order and drove away to relax and eat. I thought the sandwich was light but I never expected this. Sad day and I hate being ripped off. Shame on you Arby's. Read more
