Be sure to check your orders. Not only have I gotten the wrong meal here more than once, they NEVER include the receipt, so good... luck proving that they got your order wrong. The dark skinned manager is very "deal with it". Called, no answer. No voicemail.Sent emails, shown up - this place is not accurate and I'm out dinner and $24. Huge disappointment - I literally ate here everysingle day I was pregnant. Guess they just don't value their customers. I was disappointed to find that only 1 out of the 4 sandwiches I purchased at this location had sauce. It was the wrong sauce:... cheese sauce on a turkey gyro. Normally choose this location due to convenience & quality. Today 9/5/2022 on Labor Day, I chose to order the Swiss turkey... sandwich and it was awful. HALFWAY into eating I noticed I was served old cheese and a piece of end loaf that had been flippedover to appear normal. I will be taking a break from this location! Read more
Dear customers of Arby's, I wouldn't sell my Arby's or my legs to eat here again. After trying the hushpuppy fish fingers, I was... disappointed. REALLY disappointed. The fish didn't taste like fish, it was giving the tuna from Subway, it's not. Anyways, thefries were just fry bits. As if they dug them out of the bottom of the fryer. They were so hard I couldn't even eat them. Ialmost broke tooth and I'm not even lying. Some poor potatoes had to die to make those terrible fries. Ordered food through Door Dash and the order was incorrect when it arrived. I called and the young lady quickly offered to fix... the error only I had to drive there to pick it up.(Defeating the purpose of deliver but not their fault) Arrived at the locationand everything was corrected. When I arrived back home to finally eat the food...... The Pork Rib Sandwich was fatally flawed!???? The sandwich was first off TINY! It had 3 sad pieces of dried meat, 2 and 1 1/2 onion rings and an unnecessary amount ofBBQ sauce on it possibly to hide the dryness of the meat ?. I sadly wasted $8.31 which was also odd that the sandwich per theDoor Dash receipt but the menu at the site listed it as $6.69 ????....
