Went through the drive through to order food after 11am and only after requesting a 4 for 10 was informed that they had no roast... beef ready until 12pm. Then because they would not park the vehicles in front of me in line I was forced to sit and wait in thedrive through for an additional 15 minutes just to leave. There was notice or notification given they had not prepared any meatfor the day. The person at the window also refused to give me information to identify himself or the store to complain. Read more

Showed up here in the drive Thru on a Saturday at 11:15 am. Took five minutes for them to acknowledge my presence in the drive... Thru. Once they did, he asked me to wait another two minutes before he took my order. I ordered the four for $10 roast beefsandwiches and then he asked me to pull up to the door so they could give me My order. Note no one else was in the drive Thrubehind me and store was very slow. Very poor customer service and would not come back here again if i can avoid it! Read more

Yeah I went to the restaurant today they didn't put no sauces in there they made me pull around to the front and wait another 10... minutes and then on top of that when I called to make the complaint after after I noticed half the stuff was missing a dudenamed Habib I believe hung up on me and when I called back a girl named Deja or Asia said she was the manager so now you got 50managers and everybody's dodging my questions and my concerns. Waited in drive thru for 9vee 30 minutes. Then pull up to window to see employees with slippers on and rude af. The worst... Arby's experience of my life. After seeing staff I didn't even want to eat it. Disgusting appearance and hygiene. Read more

It's hit or miss. Last time I had no issues, time before that we had to wait an extra 5 minutes for a deli sandwich that was... thrown together and cold fries, all to be given to us by a women with the longest fake nails I've ever seen. Don't get me wrong,wear what you want outside of work, but I've never worked in or seen a food establishment that allowed this. Read more

This time is Terrible. I was waiting for 10 minutes by the call drive through window, because they said they are short... staffed. Ok. It might happen, no big deal. Then I got my sandwich and that sandwich was the worst I ever had. Statement frommy coworkers was the same as they looked at how not appealing, not fresh it looked. One old, dirty lettuce, one old slice oftomato and one slice of turkey. Just awful, for that kind of money. I think I will stop going to that location. It?s been a while since I?d eaten at Arby?s. The curly fries are on point! Tried the Reuben, which has sauerkraut and Italian... dressing as well as corned beef. Was quite tasty. Never been a fan of that type of bread, but it was mild and overall I wouldget the sammich again. The horsey sauce is amazing. Looks like I?ve a new drive-thru fav for the time being. Read more
