Use a coupon or deal price and you'll get a great value with tasty, fresh food. Drive-thru can be a little slow, but worth it.... Manager really did me a solid on one order a few months ago when I mentioned I liked lettuce but the app wanted to charge me fora little extra lettuce (and I normally drop the tomato anyway). Horrible. Ordered fish and chips and they gave me old, cold curly fries. Service is always slow, order is almost always wrong.... I believe in giving chances but over the last few years this location consistently disappoints. Read more
It was deserted when the Sonic next door was packed and now I see why. As soon as I pull up to the drive through I am greeted... with "welcome to Arby's what do you want.. hurrry up". To treat every customer as if they are a bane on your existence is theepitome of terrible customer service. When I tried to order they didn't even know what I ordered, I had to literally tell themwhich food item was on their own menu. After pulling up they immediately scoffed and walked away. I?ve gone here many multiple times before and the food was superb I always get either the traditional gyro meal or the Italian... sub meal both of them are very flavorful and filling. Sauces enhance the flavor wonderfully. The only thing that holds thisArby?s back and the entire chain in general is that it is overpriced for what a consumer gets. Two sandwich meals and a sandwichby itself plus a cookie is around 25 dollars which is to me is almost not worth buying the food. Read more
Love Arby's roast beef. Why did you take away the Potato cakes, Fish sandwich, Chicken Salad sandwich, Cordon Blu sandwich?
