I have been a customer for over 10 years here and have paid cash for 10 years. Now because of 'issues' that this store can't... handle, my longtime standing as a paying customer is null and void. This location has lost all of it's customer service skills.I paid for a tirimasu 2 orders ago and you guys never delivered it or even tried to make good on your mistake, even after 2reminders. Maybe it's just the location, or maybe it's Anthony's as a whole, but this place has really gone downhill. Food is bland, pasta... is watery yet crunchy at the same time, and literally no garlic on the garlic bread. It's edible but you won't want to eat it. Read more
I ordered a Neapolitan Pepperoni Pizza recently the pizza tasted great, but they skimped on the cheese topping. A week before I... order the same Medium 12 inch Pepperoni pizza they put an even amount of cheese and Pepperoni; it was delicious it was perfect.I complained to a manager and told her they put less cheese than the last time; and she told me there?s nothing she could doabout it, because I did not order extra cheese. The pizza tastes great, but their pizzamakers obviously don't give a flip. Look at the topping distribution and the lack of... cheese towards the edges on this $31 dollar pie. $2.85 for that pitiful amount of spinach btw. Pretty disappointed.
