Wrong order twice in one visit! I am so disappointed with the service I received here. This has been my go to location for food... on the go when heading to the airport. When I last visited it wasn?t busy but somehow the key ingredient of my sandwich was leftoff. They were kind and understanding when I went back to explain what happened, and they offered to remake the sandwich?whichleft me feeling satisfied but very rushed to make my train. During this time I missed my train and by the time I opened mysandwich at the airport I realized that they had given me an entirely different sandwich from what was ordered. The lack oforder accuracy (twice!) coupled with the bad/entirely unhelpful attitude of the guy working the cash register leads me to crossthis formerly adored spot off of my go-to list. Read more
Delicious food at union station in downtown Denver! The staff was so nice and helpful. They make each order fresh so you have to... wait a couple minutes but it's worth it. I had the Reuben which was delicious, and came with waffle fries. You can eat inside oroutside there are plenty of tables to sit out front union station to enjoy the sun! Read more
I'm actually surprised at the negative reviews here. The chipotle chicken club was a solid sandwich! Very fresh great portion... and delicious! Maybe the prices are higher than other places but you can't beat the location and ambiance here! Read more
Very slow, and they were not busy. One person ahead of me, and our order was small. They literally took 20 min to make a... sandwich, and they forgot part of the order! Employees look lost. Nobody seem to care. No one in charge apparently Read more

The food is really good. The portions are very reasonable for the price of the items. I've been to this place five times, and... each time the customer service gets worse and worse. They stand in groups and talk while you are waiting to order, and Icouldn't really see the menu. and asked about an item and was told to just read it. I probably won't go back again, but I willsay the food is really good. Read more

Ordered the special on a Wednesday night with only one customer ahead of me. It took 25-30 minutes from ordering to getting my... food, and I finally had to ask the staff to speed it up because I was about to miss my train. The food was really great, but thestaff was moving incredibly slow, chatting with each other, taking their sweet time in preparing a sandwich. If you are acounter serve deli in a train station, chances are good that people need to get their food and get on their way. With 40 minutesconnection time between trains, I thought I had plenty of time to grab a deli sandwich. Not the case! Read more
