Workers were nice. Dinning room was dirty and fries tasted kinda gross. Think they were way past due on changing the fry oil.
"Would you like to try our new...chicken sandwich?" Please get rid of this fake auto-greeting in the drive through. I start... every visit feeling insulted. I would much rather wait a minute for a real person to be ready. I feel rude when I don'trespond, and foolish when I do. From what I gather, it's the regional manager's voice, and he won't let the stores get rid ofit. The hesitation before "chicken sandwich" seems designed convince us it's not a recording, which ads to the insult eachvisit. 4 stars if not for that. Read more
