Terrible experience! On Friday at approximately 9:30pm, I ordered food and drinks. The lady at the window asked us to pull... around the front. After waiting around 15 to 20 minutes, I went back through the drive-thru and inquired about our food. Wefinally got the food about 5 to 10 minutes later after initially waiting 15 to 20 minutes. As we drove off, I noticed I didn?thave my drinks, so I went back through the drive-thru once again. They ignored me until I stated I forgot my drinks. As I pulledup to the window, they ignored me (once again) until I knocked on the window. One of the workers disgustingly ate right in plainview while she was pouring our drinks. This is completely unprofessional and disgusting. Who does that? I literally didn?t wantto eat my food. I wonder how clean they are if they?re willing to act like this. We ended up leaving and getting our drinks elsewhere. They also closed the lobby early and ignored other waiting customers. These ladies need adequate training. I?m totallydisgusted and disappointed. General cleanliness and basic customer service is common sense. Absolutely gross. I?m gagging whilewriting this. Reading the most current reviews, the owner/manager states he or she will address issues, but this obviously doesnot seem to be the case. Yikes! I will never go to this creepy location ever again. This restaurant is A&W and KFC and I ordered KFC. It was lil bit of wait thru the drive-thru due to shortage of staff, but the... food was great. Read more

Food is good but they messed up my order and when I called to let them know the situation figured they give me a rain-check or... something I was told I had to call back later and talk to a manager. Read more
Customer service was appalling. I went through the drive thru. Ordered the 6 piece wings with BBQ and onion rings and a drink.... The lady at the window took my card and ran it and asked me to pull forward to the front and they would bring out my food. Oncethe food was delivered and u was pulling away... I checked and they hadn't "sauced " my wings so I drove back through to thewindow as I was looking for my receipt to make sure it wasn't my fault. (No receipt) Posted out front was a sign no receipt,Free food. So I told the lady and she says "here I'll print you a receipt" Not how this works?!?! Anyway, in the end she saysthat's only valid if you drive away and call the restaurant... Had a drive thru order and mistakes were made but rectified. I appreciate how graciously the person at the window handled it.... The food however was cold and unsatisfying. The hot wings were soaked in grease... like a good half inch of oil in the bottom ofthe container of each hot wing order. Thank you for correcting the mistake but the food I feel has room for improvement. Read more
Please pass over to the District Manager General Manager Rosie and Lead Ivory (@ 2096 Colorado Blvd) are very rude me an my mom... was trying to feed our six kids my mom has three kids and I have three kids and we was trying to get the 2 for 10 deal and theysaid they can only give two at a time we explained that we are two separate house holds that are trying to just feed the kids. Iasked Rosie if she had kids she said no so i told he she does not understand. I asked for the district managers name and contactinfo she said she does not know who the district manager is and I would have to contact corporate I asked what is the number tocorporate and she said she does not know and to Google it and hung up in my face. It is crazy that this is the kind of servicesthat you get when you are doing all that you can as single parents. We then went to the location down the on alameda and theywere understanding and helped us. As a customer I want the CEO Kevin Bazner and the COO to know that this is how this locationis treating their customers. Also because Rosie is the GM I am not sure this complaint will get far but I will send it tomultiple locations so that it can be sent to the District Manager since Rosie does not know who her boss is.
