There was a crowd of people outside at 8:50pm and the door had a hand written note ?bathroom break 15mins? it had been over... 20mins heard from other people. BOTH EMPLOYEES were just sitting in their car right outside smoking a cig. There was a guy on asitting chair waiting. They were swearing at customers and arguing that they deserve a break. NOT BOTH AT ONCE. You can?t justclose the 24hr store when you feel like it. I?m furious. Figure this buckshot out. Read more
I was in here around 7pm tonight and experienced some of the strangest customer service Ive seen in a while. I grabbed a soda... and put it on the counter for check out. The african american emoyee with a black face mask asked me something to the effectof, " How is your Friday? or Having a Good Friday?". Im fairly mute in 7-11s and said "What?" Then a "yeah sure" to him. Hewas hard to understand because of the face mask but then continued to ask the question over and over again while increasing thevolume of his voice (almost yelling) before sitting backwards into his chair or countertop. I couldnt tell if he was upset,playing a joke, or having a miniature psychotic episode. But someone needs to talk to him as it was really disturbing. Super unprofessional. I didn't get a chance to go inside the store, but I could see they had boxes stacked up in front of the... side door as several transients had set up camp right outside the door and on the ramp outside it. Read more
Who is the store manager of this establishment, no sense of convenience although that's what we pay
I work late hours and try to go to this 7-11 for a quick bite some times, but they always tell me they are closed despite saying... they are open 24/7. 7-11 has a great selection of real food items I wish I could get a last minute meal here Read more
Best damn 7-Eleven in the city. If you can't handle the city folk that's on you. Imagine working here at 3 am when stuff gets... wild and having to stock the shelves at the same time. Have some respect, they run a tight shift. Read more
Only cause I used to work at 7-Eleven myself, why are the two best employees only making minimum wage? Rob makes orders runs the... store by himself and stocks everything. Yet he definitely doesn't get the pay he deserves for the quality of service he providesto the customers. Read more
