I?m 48 years old. I was denied service for a JUUL device because 7-11?s garbage system can?t scan a Federally issued US PASSPORT... ID CARD. Clearly I?m not underage, when I asked the unsympathetic cashier (who barely speaks English) why she won?t accept aFEDERAL ID she told me, ?You can go somewhere else, there?s other people in line?. On 10/25/2021 I purchased gas for 20.00! When I began to fuel, it kept saying 20.00 prepaid. Went back to the cashier she said I... took to long, so I guess she reset the gas fuel. Once again the pump said 20.00 prepaid, I selected my gas it would not startfueling. Went to the cashier she saids. Already pumped it!! I never received my gas & I have pictures to prove my gas light wasstill on , even after I show the picture if my light. She still refused to give me my 20.00 of gas, she said the pump doesn?tlie. I said well why is my light on, I came to get gas.. I called non-emergency police, I could not wait any longer. They toldme that I would have to speak with a manager!! The problem with that I work the same hours..I need my 20.00 back. Also have meon your cameras. I hate loosing any money. Plus my job requires me to travel out of Denver, so I really needed it to go to workthe next day!! What happen to the customer is right. I have the pictures! Hope no one has to deal with this! A very sketchy looking man wearing no shirt walked up to my car and the blonde gentleman working walked out and told him to... leave me alone. As a small women this level of protectiveness was heart warming. Seriously the blonde guy should get a raise. I just went in to buy 3 10lbs bags of ice. Stella was extremely helpful and kind. She carried two of the bags out to my car and... even helped me bring them to the register. I haven't gotten above and beyond customer service like this in a long time! Thankyou Stella and 7/11! Read more

I didn't like being laughed at when I asked cashier to honor the rewards deal. The store was dirty. They didn't have the... replenish zeros that I prefer. The food was old and burnt and the hot food case was covered in grease. It didn't bother me thatthe cashier couldn't speak English well apparently, it bothered me that I got laughed at. He started to get angry that's when Igave up because I have PTSD and being yelled at is a trigger. Dirty store. Mean cashier. I won't go to thos franchise againwhich sucks because those stores are usually the greatest. I worked for 7-Eleven before, so I know that cashier could havehonored the deal in the register......REALLY SAD AND UPSET STILL WHY DID I HAVE TO BE LAUGHED AT!!? Read more
