My experience here at 7-Eleven on 18th and welton this evening has been quite different than all the other times I've been here.... Most times I show up at the same time early evening and everything is copacetic. Staff is nice everything was clean andorganized yet now it's the complete opposite. I hate to say it but this evening was not the best time for them to shine for thecustomers mainly me and my guests. Rude I guess but what can I say I'm here now and they were beyond rude. The woman behind thecounter was rude I asked for some buns for some hot dogs and they replied with its card only. What's that mean that I'm notallowed to pay I had a card so why did they question me. And the cleanliness the floor was crashed one person was mopping withno signs up and I almost fell twice. Normally 7-eleven here gets a good five stars day crew courteous nice places cleanorganized individual behind the counter typically it is cheerful mood intern makes me kind of feel good just knowing that myhuman interaction with somebody else is cheerful and upbeat. 711 you get two stars for me tonight thank you very much Read more
The fountain drink area is disgusting, more than half the time most of the drink flavors are out, there's never any slurpee cups... and if they do have the cups there's no lids. The workers are rude at best. One day I slipped and dropped my drink and theworker came around the corner and instead of asking me if I was ok she handed me a mop and told me to clean up the mess I madeas I was laying on the floor with a spilled soda next to me. The store is not open 24 hours. Most days I show up at 10am andthey're still closed waiting for a 2nd worker to show. And some days when I get off at 5pm they're still not open. Read more
I need to edit my review. My husband said that the man outside is homeless and mentally ill. We gave him some food and the lady... yelling at me was telling me not to feed him. Your 7-11 was fine. It was what was going on outside. And no I am not a Human whoeats people he thought I was. A Human Cavanandier poor guy but liked me after I fed him. So sad about the Homeless Populationin Denver. I wish I knew the answer. But will do anything to help in the correct way. So sorry for all the Police and the Ladywho attacked you that's horrible. Doesn?t matter if it is 9:15am on a Saturday morning or 11:45 on a Thursday night. I live up the street and ever time I need... something quick they are closed. Ever time it?s something made up for why they are closed. This location says it?s 24/7 but yetit?s not open on a Saturday morning on my way to work. Read more
Came to grab some coffee right before work and the lady came out and locked the door and said they're not open until 6:00 when... it explicitly says they're open 24 hours and I called and they said they open at 5:00 they are rude and disrespectful.
