Went into store, seen a sale on king size Reese?s buy one get one $1. Rude guy at register said he doesn?t have to honor sale if... it didn?t ring up even though they have a sign up. I told him in sales if you have a sign up you have to honor it & then takethe sign down. He then said if I didn?t like it then I could leave with out items & then proceeded to call me a ?Karen? becauseI was telling him how the honor system works in sales. I also told him that im not from around her & he didn?t have to treat methe same way he does his regulars. I cashed in my lottery ticket and wanted to pay for my coffee with it. Since I used the app the clerk stated I would have to... pay for my coffee first so I had to use my debit card for 89 cents. Which was ridiculous to me. Fix the app or have the clerkcash in the ticket first. Read more
The staff is fine, they do as well as they can for the jerks they deal with on a daily. Customers take their time in the line... after being helped. Folding every receipt, organizing every bill then deciding to by a lotto ticket. After all of that theycomplain about something which takes more time. Every person asks for multiple bags even if they have one item. I?d give thestore more stars but the customers make it hard to be in and out. Read more
I stoped by to get a snack and to use the restroom and I asked the staff if I there was a restroom and the staff said NO because... it wasn?t a public restroom. i felt that they were being racist it was the worst treatment I had in my entire life. Then someoneelse asked them if they could use the bathroom and they let them in. I would never recommend it to me best friend or even myenemy I will never go there ever again and I wouldn?t recommend it for you either. Read more
Come only when necessary. Cashiers brought me the wrong item and then refused to give me a refund when I returned because... returns are "not allowed at night." When I showed up during daylight the manager gave me a hard time about the whole ordeal asif it was my fault. Only reason I give them 2 stars is because of location. Read more
