I'm literally harassed and never serviced correctly every time I walk in this store. I have just filed a corporate report... because there is no working number directly linked to management. I truly hope they fire this man. All of his actions are onvideo camera. This is the closest 7 eleven to my home..I should not have to go elsewhere because of this douchebag. Read more

I drive for a living and often work over night. This place, along with all other gas stations won?t let you use their restroom.... You walk in and they tell you ?the restroom is closed.? How are people that have driving jobs supposed to use the restroom then?If you can?t let your customers use your restrooms at night, maybe you should just close the store down entirely. Worst customerservice ever! Usually I explain to employees that I drive for a living and they let me use their bathroom. This employeewouldn?t even give me the benefit of the doubt. I had been trying to find a place to use the restroom for an hour. Using therestroom at a gas station should be a basic human right but this place doesn?t care. Then I attempt to call the store to get thenumber to corporate, so I can place a complaint with them. No one even answers the phone. Read more

I was inside the store on 7/18/2020 and the phone was ringing. There were at least 4 people working at 7:30 p.m.. The phone... continued to ring and ring and ring on and on and not one employee even considered answering the phone when one of the employeesgot the phone and put out inside of the cooler by the food service cooler!! I found this to be very pertubing and unprofessionalbehavior by her!!! Not only were they displaying this behavior but we're very rude!!! I'd the manager or franchisee sees thisplease rectify the situation and maybe hire people who actually take some sort of pride in their work even if it's only 60% Read more

I love this place! I would describe the experience similarly to buying a $1 scratch off ticket. Every time you walk in it?s a... total gamble as to what will happen. Sometimes I get in and out of there with the exact same experience of any normal 7-11anywhere. And some days there is the rowdy-est crew in there doing what-not to amplify the crazy experience. Just last night(7pm ish) there was a line of 5-6 people and three employees behind one register, I think, training one another. At which pointthe two guys in front of the register trying to buy a Pizza (who the hell buys pizza at 7-11????) and a few other things, started to get really impatient. The guy in front of me made eye contact with me and gave me a nod almost affirming that we wereboth anticipating something weird to happen. When the oven behind the counter started ringing to signify the completion of saidpizza?s ?baking?, one of the two customers started shuffling back and forth in front of the counter. And then, just as if it wasthe most natural thing in the world, the mans right pant leg birthed at 24oz Malt beverage. Of course, kicking it under theshelf in front of the gentleman, was such a smooth move that it seemed practically rehearsed. So, the argument, during which Imade the choice to put down my things and not make a purchase, escalated pretty quickly between two parties that weretechnically right and wrong all at the same time. From one side of the counter, ?what?s in your pants? We know you?re trying tosteal a beer! Show us the beer!? From the other side, ?No I?m not! Just give me my Pizza! This is ridiculous. See! Nothing in mypants!? All the while, the poor 7-11 pizza got cold, and mystery black-gold-and-purple tall-can got warm lying under theDoritos bags on BOGO-sale. Read more

The guys working this shift were not only rude but were yelling at other customers in the line. The line was very long and war... moving slow because only one of the workers was working the register. The other one was doing unnecessary stocking art the time.Customer service was not important to either one. As a former employee of 7-eleven i would not have expected to see suchdisregard for customers. Read more
