This place is disgusting, the cashier wouldn?t let me use the hand sanitizer on the counter even though there was no soap in the... bathroom, he said I would have to buy a bottle even though there?s a bottle literally sitting open on the counter. Do you wantme walking around your store touching stuff after using the bathroom? Read more

So tonight came in to 7-Eleven because our Uber driver was arrested. Asked Lovepreet use the restroom ended up purchasing coffee... to use the restroom. Lovepreet continue to tell us that the restrooms are broken. Went to where restrooms are noticed that therewere no signs on the door attempted to use the restroom Lovepreet ran around and sign put up signs stating the bathrooms werebroken continue to ask Lovepreet about the restrooms and he proceeded to tell us that all of the restrooms are broken. I sleptPreet about where does he use the restroom he informed us that there was no restroom for him to use, question if they?re pissingin a hand sink or in a floor drain either way health code violation would question everything about this location contactingColorado State Department of Public Health and Environment. I May 16th 2019, I was assaulted on the front step of the 7-11 @ 303 N Santa Fe Dr. Denver, CO 80223. I was leaving a business... meeting nearby & stopped to grab a quick sandwich because I'd skipped lunch that day. There were 2 homeless men hanging around, one on the north side of the door & one on the south side of the door, flanking the entrance. One man was what I woulddescribe as "camping" on the south side with his belongings in a shopping cart, bedding & such. As I was leaving the store, they were flanking the front door & I was pepper sprayed! I couldn't breathe, my eyes were burning in pain, my vision wasblurred, & I started gagging. Truly I was frightened to the core, not knowing what I'd actually just breathed in. It wasabsolutely miserable. The burn just kept spreading! I was HOPING that's all it was, was pepper spray, & not some sort ofchemical, so fear & panic kicked in. I drove up to one of the pumps to ask another woman who I'd seen in the store if shegot it too. She said that yes she did, but not as bad as me. My eyes were beet red & involuntarily pouring tears. I wasgagging, snot running out of my nose & could not breathe. The other woman thought I'd better call the police. One of the 2 menwas gone by now. Maybe 2 minutes after the incident. I went back into the store & told the clerk what had happened & asked herif she would call the police for me. She flat out told me that if I want the police involved, to call them myself. I was shaken& still could not see clearly yet. She said that there was nothing she could do to make the men leave, that it was publicproperty. Well this is NOT the case. It is private property & she certainly should have called the police for me to have themmake these men leave. She refused to help me when I'd been assaulted on the store's property. She allowed the man who was stillthere to stay, rather than to call the police to remove them from the property, thus putting more customers Read more

I've been going to this location for 20 plus years. Since new ownership bad, bad, service. The person running the store in the... morning is Always on the phone with person calls. And always short you on your change. I've noticed this 10 to 20 times. Itsdifferent if you give up your change but just keep it is stealing. I confronted this man this morning and his answer was hedoesn't have Penny's. I'm just one person but my change and every person who walk in per day per week per month, years add up toa lot of money. Stealing is stealing. This man should be stop. I will report him and so should you all to police. Read more

For a long time I brought my own carrying basket to shop here that the manager didn't mind. 1 clerk suddenly tells me to leave... my basket on the counter n use ther small diry, gross carring basket or I have to leave I chose to leave in anger cuz she saidthat they have a rule "leave backpacks at the counter" loophole ...personal carring baskets don't break the rule. I was a loyalcustomer here for a LONG tell today9-24-17. The other clerks ignore the carrying basket n never bothered me about it n justasked if I wanted the items I bought back in it to carry home. I Will never return to this location again. Read more

This turned out to be the singlehandedly worst experience I have ever had with a seven-eleven. This was all thanks to the two... girls running the cash registers when I was there. (3/6/17 @ 11:52AM) The one girl had her earbuds in while she was ringing meup, refused to make eye contact and couldn't even be bothered to respond when I said, "hello" and smiled at her. She left theregister half way through the transaction, (I'm still not sure why...), and the other girl on shift came over to the registerand finished my transaction. While the second girl was finishing at the cash register the two of them proceeded to complainloudly and bitterly about whoever is in charge there, saying, "well you know he's always going to f****ing find something tob**** about..." After I was done paying I asked for the key to the bathroom, but the second girl hurriedly cut me off midsentence with, "bathroom's out of order." (It sure didn't look like it was though...) Not even a, "sorry about that." Next timeI'm going to drive a few hundred feet further to go to the Conoco with better service and gas at the same price. Read more
