Every time i go in the employees are on their phones and extremely rude. I avoid this location as much as possible and rather... drive 3 miles to the one on Alameda and Teller. The owner needs to stop hiring his cousins and get employees that arent rude andcare a bit more about their jobs. Read more
**Tonight the cashier asked a well meaning customer to TAKE OFF THEIR MASK.** We are not in a mask mandate, but he clerk was no... place to rudely insist on this. Ive been coming here for a few years and I shouldn't anymore. See below for a list of thingsI've seen that make this place an *inconvenience* store. You'll get what you need here most of the time, but very often theyare closed at odd times or their pumps are not working. Even when they are, things go wrong with them to make getting gascomplicated and annoying. The parking lot is tiny and often full. Its a pain to get in and out of. I've overheard the employeestalk about assault happening here on more than one occasion. Ive seen ambulances show up. At night, sketchy people wait outsideand ask for money. The timing of is so predictable it feels like its some kind of coordinated effort and creeps me out. Thesign and Google will say open this place is open 24vhours, but never once have seen it open past ten. The clerks talk loudly ontheir phones while ringing you up. The self service areas, like the coffee bar, are often not restocked. Seriously, don't givethese people your business. They seem seem authentically scummy and have done little to improve things over the years. Read more
I just went to the store and got a drink and a Twix and chips . The cashier guy forgot to put the Twix in the bag so I went back... to get it but New worker made me pay for another Twix ???? . Hire workers that are going to do there job good !!! This is thesecond time they do this !!! How disrespectful !! ???? Read more
It says 24 hours but if you work as early as I don't plan on getting gas here the doors are locked around midnight it's always a... hit and miss on if you can make it in the store early mornings. The people behind your counter are more interested in their phone calls than doing their jobs. I'm trying to tell the guy I... don't need a bag, but he can't hear me because he's in the middle of a conversation on his phone that he didn't bother evenstopping talking while he's working the register. This is one of many complaints I have about this filthy store. This is theclosest to my house, but as other reviews have said, I will drive to a different store further away, before I come back to thisplace. Read more
Store is always very busy. Yet the place is always fairly clean and well stocked. Generally, Fresh, Hot food in the display... case. The staff members are always freidly and often go out of the way to help the customers. Love the prices and productselection and the loyalty custome rewards discounts. Read more
