This seven elven is the worst in Denver, there is an old lady who always try to skip 7 eleven rewards , many times,so that you... have to pay the full price, and she is not friendly at all and I always argue with her about the deals such as buy one get onefree, Although other guys works are fantastic and friendly. The people that work here cannot communicate in English at a customer service level. They won?t honor deals that are displayed... on signs and can?t even understand when you try to explain it to them due to previously mentioned language barrier. Read more
There is always trash all over the parking lot. The trash gets washed into the nearby gulch, which ends up in the Platte. Just... would be nice if they had a little more respect for their community. Everything else is the same overpriced stuff you'd expectfrom 7-Eleven. Read more
I went in to this store with my sister, who frequents this establishment. Since I wasn't buying anything, I waited for her to... purchase a drink. I didn't touch a single product. After the drink was paid for and we were about to leave, the man workingthere falsely accused me of stealing. To prove a point that we're not thieves, we left the drink that we paid for and stormedout. While the man working there was unprofessional, rude, and accusatory, there is a lady who works there who is always verykind and polite. Read more
I feel disrespected every time I go in the store. They told me I had to leave the store for no reason. I asked for the number to... corporate and she ignored me first; and then she almost throws a receipt in my face. They have a very rude attitude towardsblack people. They try to overcharge people for drinks. And almost every employee is nasty to customers. I want someone to dosomething about it. Read more
This store has a very unprofessional staff who seem to enjoy creating a hostel environment for us most if the time when my wife... and I visit. We come in every single day and are in and out of the store. We usually only purchase a big gulp drink and scratchtickets. What's dissapointing about our experience is that the only employees who seem to have an issue with us are the foreignworkers. Just recently my wife had an issue because she had purchased some scratch tickets and a drink and stepped outside thestore and waited near the side of the entrance for her Lyft ride to arrive. She noticed however that at this time the shift waschanging and the person who rang up her drink and scratch ticket earlier was being relieved of their shift, and replaced withthe next person who happened to be this older Arabic women. She also couldn't help but notice that the Arabic women was glaringat her with full hate in her eyes as if my wife just stole something or did something to personally offend the Arabic lady.Whenher ride did arrive they asked her if she wouldn't mind waiting an extra second for them to go inside and use the restroom. Shesaid that was fine and decided while she was waiting on her driver to go back in the store and cash out her scratch ticket shepurchased earlier for another one since she won her money back. Upon entering the store the Arabic lady immediately beganshouting at her demanding for her to leave and threatening to call the police on her. My wife replied to her by asking her whatexactly did she do to warrant such treatment and asked to speak to her manager. The Arabic women said her manager was not in andso she had to leave or ]again[ she was going to call the police. My wife asked for the managers name and the Arabic lady quicklysaid his name in a thick accent which unfortunately my wife could not make out the name very well and forgot how it waspronounced. The guy that was working the 4 o'clock on 4/13/2018 shift like to help who ever he wants. So if your waiting in line he just... skipped me to help someone else, didn't excuse himself to help the other customer. I never left a 7 11 so mad like I wasn't eventhere. This used to be my typical 711, was really great customer service, now none. Not going back ill shop at any other store. Read more
