my husband & I went in to use the restroom, afterwards we went to the candy aisle to see if they had what he wanted and to no... surprise they didn’t. Walking out the cashier accuses him of stealing, proving him wrong he of course doesn’t apologize &tells us to leave & not to come back when we’re in there all the time w/ no issues either shopping for ourselves or picking uporders. Check your employees, I didn’t know it was such a crime to look for something you want & choosing to not buy anythingat all when they don’t have it. ???? Read more
Hello, i have few incident with this store. i do delivery as part time job after my full time, i do accept delivery from this... store at the night time, on 03/30/2022 i accept order to be delivery from this store when i arrived i was telling the personworking at the night shift! about the order. and the person name and the items start screaming and yelling to me! the otherincident before for few time when i arrived to pick up the order! not any of the order was ready for pick up and he asking me tohelp him to collect the items from different area in the store. He doesn't know this is not my job and his job to have theorder ready for pick. FYI i stopped accept order delivery from this store and reported Thank you ! I wish can give 0 star not1. Read more
Fresh coffee 24/7well that is a lie none of them don't even wanna make the coffee they act like they don't understand you!rude... service and that person was being rude we asked for coffee and he didn't make any and he said no I can't,I would put a lowerrate they make you put a least one! The other 7-Eleven didn't have fountain drinks so I had to come here I usually won't use this store because it's usually filthy... and the people that work there don't keep it nice but last night probably late night early morning the grills had been shut offand he was cleaning i was so surprised to walk in there the gentleman was so nice and had the store so clean it was wonderful tocome into it but just wanted to give a great review to that store. open 24/7?!? I went to your store last night just before midnight! one employee, who had the door tied shut with plastic bags!... barely spoke English! said store not open because"update"?!? nothing working?!? seriously!! WTH?!? Read more
If I could give no stars I would, open 24 hours such a lie multiple times going to this location some short employee on 8/22... after 9:30 PM he put his hands up to shoo multiple customers away, there were at least 6 other cars in the parking lot….isthis how 7-11 trains it’s employees I don’t think I have ever had this kind of disrespectful gesture at any other locationor any other staff member. Absolutely disrespectful if you are too busy close up or something don’t “shoo” customers away.Must not care about their customers or their patronage. You should really teach or talk to the employee that was working at thislocation on 8/22 around 9:30 as this is not the first time he has done this and guarantee it won’t be the last.
