Store never has the correct prices and the most unhelpful rude staff! I wish I could give negative stars!

Twice I asked 2 different cashier's to do a split payment of cash/credit. And both times they failed to do it correctly. My... mistake was not catching it right there, but when I got outside I noticed that they didn't do it correctly, and taken 2 dollarsextra both times. Since it was 2$ I didn't care to walk back up the street. Train the cashier's better or it'll start to looksketchy like they are taking extra cash for their own personal use. Try the corner mart down the street by cherry peakdispensary. They are much cleaner and their debit machines always work Read more

Tall black girl with long hair working they counter blasting music, singing and looking at her phone not acknowledging... customer's presence. Rolled eyes when I said, "excuse me" and continued to sing and look at her phone. I was the only personthere and it took over four minutes to be helped. Absolutely rude and disgusting. Read more

Usually the store is amazing and I have respect for the owner but she needs to fire the guy that is there tonight he basically... just threw change at me saying I threw it at him when I just put it on the counter. I don't appreciate money being thrown at mefor no reason Read more

The cashier was extremely rude for no reason because he had to open a new pack of vape pods and told me to hurry up to pay when... there was nobody waiting behind me in line and I was only looking for my card for about 10 seconds. Management ought to dosomething about this because I won?t be coming back. Read more

Been a 4-5 days a week customer to this location for almost a year and a half. Today while doing my normal stop there was a new... employee getting trained in and she said that they wouldn?t accept my ID because it isn?t a hard copy even though I had the hardcopy on the counter if they needed it. The new employee said she had to ask someone quick so I figured she would come back andI would make my purchase like every day before. The new employee had talked to a guy in a black shirt so when she returnedsaying I could not make my purchase. I went over to the guy in Black that she had just spoke with as I didn?t recognize himeither and it was his decision to say no. So I start by asking what was wrong with my ID and he said that they implemented anew system and they cannot accept valid temporary liscenses to which I asked to speak with a manager. To my absolutebewilderment...the guy I was talking to is the ?Owner Rob?. He threatened to call the police on me if I didn?t leaveimmediately reassuring me he is the OWNER and to leave. All this for trying to buy nicotine pouches to quit chewing tobacco. He wouldn?t accept my newly issued Colorado ID saying there was a recent change in policy where they cannot accept temporaryliscense even when you have the hole-punched solid copy with. So I left and went to the next closest 711 which informed me thatthere was no recent policy changes and they apologized for my inconvenience. I am baffled at how an OWNER would treat a regularcustomer. I returned to inform him personally that I will never shop in his store again but had to pass the message on becauseas soon as he saw me walk in, he turned around and hid in the back knowing full well that he was 100% in the wrong in how hebehaved when a 25 year old adult customer just wanted to just purchase nicotine like the hundreds of times he had Donepreviously. Never spending a dime for ?Rob? again. Read more
