Every visit tends to be hassle free and quick and convenient? The employees here choose to be very rude. I have attempted to shop here several times and they have convinced me to avoid this... place all together. I have seen them spout racism at customers for no apparent reason. I have attempted to point out rottenproduct and been screamed at for it. I have seen them separating the winning lotto tickets and the loosing lotto tickets. Iwatched the owner pocket several winning lotto tickets after scanning an entire stack and putting the losers back. This 7-11 is bad because of the Night employee. I work nights so I go in to scrounge for something for dinner. This guy is... rude,makes it very clear he doesn't want to help you,and refuses to cook any pizzas. He will tell you he isn't making any andthe oven is off. He won't make small talk or say hello or respond to you in any way aside from awkwardly ducking around thecorner as if you are stealing. I love 7-11 but this guy makes it a miserable experience. Slurpee machine was broken but still felt obligated to pay for what I was able to get into a large cup. Tried to explain to the... gentleman working, but he did not seem to understand, nor care. Was then charged for a cup and the Slurpee - again, didn't evenget a full cup. Also noticed there was a "HIGH tax" applied. Total for a large Slurpee was $3.65. Didn't think any of this wasright, but didn't feel like delving into it. Again tried to explain that the machine was broken, but did not seem to understand,nor care. Slurpee ended up being mostly foam. Went to 7-11 at 3rd and Broadway - machine worked and was only charged $1.93. Willgo out of my way to make sure I never visit the 85 W Alameda Store ever again. There are some homeless people outside of this location most of the time. Its not the cleanest place on the outside of the... store. There is usually only 1 cashier so the line can be long. There is a woman cashier who is very unprofessional and dressesinappropriately. Read more
Absolutely the worst store i have ever been to. The staff is mean and unwilling to help. They will ignore you even when you are... talking directly to them. I have no idea why they work there if they really hate the job so much. Read more
