I usually like going to this location but this morning at 3:11 I stopped to get gas and seen the employees outside sitting in... car with a friend. As I walked up to the doors he closed the car door as if to ignore me. I didn't think anything of it due to711 being open 24hrs at this location. Thought wrong. The doors were locked and not once did he try to acknowledge me outside orcome open the door. Let's not mention. 40weeks pregnant tryna get to the hospital and had to drive down the street withcontractions to the new location on Virginia. We were going to purchase nacho cheese but they were out of cheese so end up not purchasing it .the owner told the clerk to put... it in our order anyways and would take it off.so we left all the remaining items at the counter and left. Read more

If I can give 0 star for this customer service. The guy the one on the cashier extremly rude. I asked the code for the bathroom... and he got mad and star yell at me. Also after we purchased some stuff he throw the change to me then did not said thank you atall. The owner should never make a person like him to working for them. Read more
Why do the 7-Eleven's in this neighborhood charge you extra for cheese on your nachos? They have a sketchy looking note taped... to the chili and cheese machine stating different reasons and different extra charges depending on how you put the cheese onyour nachos. It already costs $3.00 and they will charge you up to $2.00 more for cheese. I got some nachos last night, paidextra for cheese, and then found out the chips were frickin stale when I got home. The other 7-Eleven down the street does thesame thing with sketchy notes and tacking on extra charges for cheese. Yet the 7-Eleven near my work by DU doesn't do that. Poor customer service and rude. On Wednesday morning, I pumped the gas there and then get inside the convenience to ask a guy if... I can use the restroom. Then he didn?t say anything. I was walking to open it, but the restroom required password. Then I askedthe guy may I have the password to get in the restroom. He said, it is no needed. The next customer came after me and get thepassword to get in before me and left. I asked the guy(cashier) why did you told me no password required and other can get thepassword to get in? I made a mobile order here, I came to pick it up, they give my mobile order to someone else. They did not want to refund my... order. They didn?t want to help at all. The only thing they said is call the cops. They showed no responsibility for giving myorder to the wrong person. They appear all to be from India, or the Middle East and it was a hard time to talk to them. Theydid not want to use it as a store right off for it was their mistake and not mine. Now I have to call my bank and void thecharge. This was a lot of hassle. I believe that they do not check who?s order is getting picked up or the receipt. Or maybethey are giving it to their friends and giving them free food I don?t know. Be wise shop somewhere else if possible. Read more
