Be careful here. I went on a Monday morning to check my PowerBall tickets The guy faked like he checked them and said not a... winner. I could see the screen that he did not check them. I use to love going to this location back then when it was owned by someone else. The new workers make it feel like they're... talking about you when you walk in. So im not sure what his problem is but I've had issues with cashier I believe his name is Cooper, but I come to this 711 2 to 3... times a day never have issue with anyone else but him. I've came in multiple times where he won't sell me lotto tickets or saysthere sold out of specific ones I buy this has been on going for about 3 months now either he gets his act together or get ridof him he's really unpleasant to be around. I have had nothing but problems with the new owners of this location. Today my total came up to $9.14 I handed the cashier a$5... bill and five $1 bills. He then proceeded to count six dollars. He got upset and again said the total to me. I looked himstraight in the eyes and said ?okay?... he had to recount the money he pretended to count the first time only to see that if hewould have counted the first time this terrible encounter wouldn?t have happened. I come in this 7 eleven quite a bit and there was a tall guy working, he went above and beyond to help out the customers inside.... Answered questions in a happy attitude! Made you want to leave a tip, haha even though there was no tip jar. Fully stocked andwas cleaner than some others I have seen. Read more
It is curious how just last will i asked about the $.50 per pack of Marlboro cigarettes promo and how it was NOT calculated... correctly. Went in there a bit ago, and lo and behold, they increased the price from $6.18 a pack to $6.68 to now have theregister calculate it correctly. REALLY!!! This store is ripping off customers.
