Have be careful the cashier will double charge you all the time then try to rush u out the store ,saying have a good day. Hell... no correct my total. I have seen this happen 7 times and they act like they don't understand. Read more
This last time the tall black gentlemen in a Jesus hat I believe went way over his call of duty and was very courteous and kind.... They were sold out of something that I was planning to use with another item to get one of their deals and he was very helpfulby letting me grab another flavor because they were sold out of the one needed for the deal. I don't want to be too specificand have a bunch of people going in stressin gun to do the same but def the best service I've had in quite a long while. Thatman is an asset to the company and 7-11 would be smart to do what they can to keep him around. I know I'm gonna be stopping byto grab my chai lates since they have the machine that makes them fresh and chill service, what more can you ask from sevs? Read more
it's a regular old 7eleven, sure their are homeless or a crazy person out front every once in awhile, lets not pretend that's... the stores fault, i live two blocks away and it is simply a reflection of our neighborhood unfortunately. I've been stoppinghere on the way to work in the morning, and here and there on the way home from picking up the kids from school so they can pickout some snacks. It's well stock whenever i come in., the baked cookies are spot on, and the employees are nice. Is it the bestjoint in town? Maybe not, ,but it's clean for the most part, and has when you need on the way home or on the way to work. Ialways see the employees working too, unlike a lot of similar places where they practically ignore you because they are watchingtv on their phone. Read more

I?ve come in during the graveyard shift. German always has hot, fresh coffee available and has excellent customer service... skills. My only complaint is that management has a discriminatory policy of not allowing customers to use the restroom before7am. As a female, I cannot just pull over to the side of the road and do my business like most men do. I am a paying customerand thus shouldn?t be discriminated against. Read more
I live a block away and I am literally in this store multiple times everyday. Because I have alway received great service the... previous hundreds of times I have been in this store is the only reason why I am giving you 3 stars because after the treatmentthat your new male employee gave me this afternoon (06/08/2019 at around 2pm), I probably am going to walk the 1/2 mile to theother 7-eleven rather then go back to this location. However, I will be going back in to let management know just how rude andincompetent this employee is.....and as for the employee, its not my fault that you cant do your job or even do the simple mathto figure out how that if my total is $7.36 and I gave you $6.00 in cash then that means that $1.36 would go on my credit cardwhich is what I said. How does that make me a thief like you said as you were running your mouth after I left as was told to meby my roommate who was still in your long line waiting for you to be rude to him as usual.
