The service here is terrible. We walked in for some drinks and I went to see if there was a bathroom and the attendant Red was... insanely rude. He said if you want something you ask, but there was not a ?no public restroom? sign. I was at the same length asthe food counter so it was not like I was trespassing or anything. This 7 eleven is very poorly managed. Still dealing with change shortage which is ridiculous. Tried buying a pizza but told they... shut off oven which also makes no sense if your a conor store. The staff that was there was very unhelpful. That's why I stoppedgoing to this store... Very unfriendly environment. Read more
Two clerks were working today as I walked in. I went to the beverage aisle and picked out a drink. As I approached the counter I... noticed the two employees has disappeared. I waited for a couple of minutes and called out hello. I then noticed that oneemployee was outside smoking and talking on her phone. She looked my way and then proceeded to ignore me and continue about herbusiness. The other employee neither responded nor returned. I left my drink on the counter and walked out. I could've takenanything I wanted from that store due to the ignorance of it's employees. I've never had an experience like this in a 7/11before. Hire some real workers and get rid of the lazies that just collect a paycheck. I'll steer clear of this place during theday. Read more
I went to order something from the 7NOW delivery app and it says that the purchase can?t be completed but still took money out... of my account. I?m trying to call the nearest 7/11 and they aren?t even answering their phones. Either give me my groceries orrefund me my money. Horrible Not accepting 3 forms of govt issued id for cigarettes because they dont have barcodes to scan. Then dude couldn't... even speak English he had to turn the whole computer around for me to read what it said in English because he couldn't speakit. Come on now. How is this even possible. Omg. Horrible. Hopefully I can find another gas station open 24 hours a day andill be sure to turn my head if it gets robbed since I keep the property right next door safe 5 nights a week. This is the worst 711 I've ever shopped at consistently, unfortunately It's the one I live next door to. The store is terribly... merchandised, managed, and stocked. Only one employee is consistently helpful and polite. Steer clear of the girl with the highpitch voice that works evenings, the tall bald guy that works late nights, and theres a new guy with a beard that ran me off forgood. The 711 a few blocks up the road at Holly and Florida is so much nicer as is their staff. Read more
