I visited this store at 8:30 PM on August 8, which I know because I used the ATM. I handed two $4 winning Colorado Lottery... scratch tickets to the cashier. (I know, bad habit.) The scanner went off once and he said that the other ticket wasn't awinner. I scanned them at King Soopers and the machine said they had both been paid out already. $4 has mysteriouslydisappeared. I phoned the store but haven't heard back yet. Aside from that, the same cashier needs some guidance on customerservice skills. For example, he has always been unwilling to say "hi" back to me. You need to get rid of the older blonde lady. She is costing you money. I waited for 12 minutes at the counter with another... customer while she made 2 pizzas, and checked in a soda shipment. Even the delivery guy said that she has customers waiting. Shesaid " as far as I'm concerned, there's a 7-11 down the street". Really poor customer service. I left my stuff on the counter. Read more

The late night worked is very rude. She must have been high because she was grinding her gums or what teeth she had left. The... other work was a male out of uniform and didn?t know how to work the system so I could make my purchase. I don?t believe heworked there because he couldn?t read. When I asked her for the owner name she got an attitude and started talking trash when Iwas leaving. Very poor customer service. Read more
