This place helped me out with boxes when I was moving, I really appreciate it. It's not the best place to go to for your basic... needs but as any convenience store, it's convenient and it's there. There does seem to be a problem with people outside alwaysasking for money, just don't listen to them. More often than not they're just people living nearby trying to bum money off youso they can use the accumulated pocket change of 10 people to purchase what they want so they don't lose their own money. Somewill also get up in your face, so stay out of people's business, don't make eye contact, get in, do your business, get out. Easyas that. Try their cookies, too. They're pretty good and decently priced for cookies. Read more

Trash, period. Slurpee machines NEVER work, and they NEVER change the syrup in the fountain sodas, and those machines don't work... half the time either. The ONLY thing that keeps this store afloat is the location, and the amount of people who have to walkbecause they have no car to go elsewhere, that's it. I'll drive the 10 minutes away to go to QuikTrip when it opens soon, and soshould you! Filthy, inefficient, and just all around GARBAGE! Also, watch out for the homeless people who like to linger on theside of the building and intimidate you for money! Read more

The employees were very rude to me and even though I didn?t steal anything anyone could see that I didn?t and they still were... very unfair and just laughed in my face and said ?then call corporate.? And you know what I will. People like that don?t deservemy handout and when your that negative and evil the one your gonna have to face in the end is Jesus who will judge the righteousand those in their iniquity. Read more

10° outside in a snowstorm. I go in for an ice scraper for my car windows and see a homeless man huddled between a machine... outside and the trash can. My heart broke. I'm handicapped and Use a cane. I went in for the ice scrapper but no long, onlyshort hand one. There was another lady in front of me paying for an item. I asked the cashier if I could pay for a coffee so theman outside could come in and make himself a cup of coffee. The lady ahead of me said that is what she just paid for and thecoffee in her hand was for him. I was so relieved she did that for him. She went outside to give some comfort and kind words. The cashier told me the man was fine and had a job. Really? How callous. I paid for the scrapper and it people broke. I cameinside and asked for another one. He said "you just broke it, you have to buy another one" Wow! I left the broken scraper on hiscounter. I didn't even get a full first use out of it. I called to complain to the Manager. He hung up on me. I called again.Picked up but said nothing to me. Called a third time. He let it go to messaging. I told him one day he may find himself coldand homeless and handicapped. When he cries out to G_d for mercy and compassion, will he answer? Read more

I?m leaving 3 stars only because multiple times there I?ve had no issues. Today, I thought the cashier put the pack of... cigarettes I purchased into my bag, but he did not ? no biggie, I figured when I got home I could just call and run back to thestore to grab the cigarettes. I was then told nope, no cigarettes were left, even though I know 100% they were left there. GuessI?m out $9.54 and will be going elsewhere to purchase my candy and chips and smokes. Thanks at least for the good experiencesI?ve had there. Read more

You know, a year or two ago I would have rated this store with fewer stars, but now I can honestly say they deserve (4) out of... (5) stars. I live down the street, so I visit this 7-Eleven every single day, no joke. Many days I will stop in two or moretimes. You're going to get extreme opinions on this store from both sides, like you would anywhere else, and because I shop hereso frequently, I feel compelled to leave a review to kind of "set the record straight" with the truth, and what's not. We're allintelligent enough to realize that people leave reviews when they have ANY kind of bad experience, and tend to leave a positivereview ONLY after they have had a super outstanding experience, leaving the store with bad reviews outweighing the good ones.Overall this store has improved so, so much. The customer service has always been good with the female staff (they're all sosweet & attentive), and even the male staff has improved quite a bit. And honestly, they keep the overall cleanliness of thestore pretty darn decent, considering the disrespectful & disgusting cast of characters that come through this store...thestaff has a lot to contend with in the fight to keep the place in decent condition, being in the location that they're in! Theone issue this store could work on would be the speed at which they get people checked out - there's a bit too muchdilly-dallying by everyone, and it's their job to keep the line moving, and get people out of there as quickly as possible...inthis day-&-age, people are ALWAYS in a hurry, and despite what some people believe, the world does NOT revolve around them, andtheir slowness effects everyone in line behind them... MOVE 'EM OUT!! Read more
