The experience has almost always been negative here. Some of the ladies who work here are extremely rude. The manager is awful.... He frivolously scares people with the police and kicks them out for silly reasons. Read more
Gas tank frozen solid. I brought in cup from 7-11 I had earlier in the day to get hot water to pour on it. But no hot water,... just coffee. So put little coffee in and cashier said "of course" he had to charge me for full cup of coffee so I could opentank and get gas. Don't expect kindness here or customer service. Read more
What I've learned going here a lot is that the customers are being the rude ones, not the employees.
The owner of this place is a rude person, he don?t treat well his employees, we went to the store and we don?t see no one and... then we say hello hello and the owner yell to us why you guys said hello , I?m here, he was rude, rude yelling to us. This place just has a shady vibe to it. Employee's are always rude, yell at you when you catch them ripping you off. Don't... even think of getting gas here, unless you want to be the victim of card skimming. I'm going through a claim with the bank now. Just look at the rickety old machines that you can tell have been pried open numerous times, with a screw driver. Read more
Aside from overcharging for the coffee, they are extremely rude and inept. The manager has no customer service or people skills.... Poor English too. Consequently, whenever faced with a reasonable complaint, instead of listening, they yell at customers and banthem from their so called store. Keep away. Read more
