Brehe was phenomal today... I went in this store, 1st time ever, and this man astounded me! He saw my face and said... Hold on!... He rummedged thru a stack of id's and handed me my driver's license. Every employee here has been nice to us. I come here a lot for years.. Tonight my kid accidentally spilled an entire large soda... all over the counter, he looked at us, smiled and said its ok. We apologized 50 millions times and helped clean it up. He was sonice over it, everyone is always so nice here.. i appreciate you guys.. Read more
7-Eleven at the Mayfair shopping center, employees are rude, disrespectful and they definitely do not have any clue of what... customer service ???? means. Every time I go to this particular store I have a bad experience ???? I am to the point that Iavoid it at all cost. I can't speak for during the day, but the night employee working 6/15-6/16 needs to be terminated. He treated me like a thief... because I was taking too long shopping, waiting for my husband to locate and send me a picture of my shopping list I forgot?,yelled at me because he didn't understand what I was explaining, threatened me saying he was calling the police, that he knowswhat kind of girl I am (I was wearing stockings and one rolled down and I was pulling it up), but knowing that I had donenothing wrong, I continued to grab the items that I could remember, to which he told me to watch out because he was watching thecameras. When I checked out, I opened my purse, showed him my bank statement receipt I had just gotten showing I had $190 in oneaccount, my three other cards, and the $380 in cash I had with me, just to show him what a grade A psycho he had been. Hehumiliated me, insulted me by not only accusing me of being a thief, but by making some sort of insinuation commenting on myattire, and he was completely out of line. I will only ever return to this store to speak with the store manager about thereprehensible treatment I received, because that sorry excuse for an employee needs to go. Read more
I so want to give it more stars because I visit here frequently due to convenience but there's definitely some room for... improvement at this location. I'm usually in there at night and the night staff are bi-polar. One night nice, the next a totaljerk. One night one of them even followed us around acting as if we were going to shop lift. The coffee is not well kept andthat's one of the main reasons I go to 7-11. They really have great affordable coffee if its fresh and hot. He still charged mefull price for some old almost cold coffee. Lol. When I've gone here during the day it is almost always fresh though. They dohave a good selection of creamers you can't find at others as well! If you have to use a public restroom, maybe try Safeway.They seem to have the cleanest and nicest public restroom in the Mayfair Shopping Center. Lol Read more
Their place is always so clean and they have the best coffee. The people are always kind.Every time I feel hungry I always go... to.7-11. They are so friendly and helpful. I love 7-11 .7- is the best. Every thing that I need is at 7-11. They sell the bestthings for so cheap. They are better than Starbucks. Go to the best place in the ???? ,7-11. It is the best. The people there are very helpful the store at Mayfair shopping center is always clean its the best 7-11 in the world fast... friendly convenient store thank heavens for 7-11.It is such a friendly community there. The greatest crew and by far the cleanest 7-11 the family and I have ever been in. However, with the people that work there,... they could get by with it being a little dirtier I promise. It doesn't matter though, because I have never seen the storeunorganized let alone dirty. Ever!!! Read more
