None of the gas pumps were working. No signs up to tell customers so people went from pump to pump thinking only one was out.... Cars everywhere. Staff had no idea when they would work. Read more

Avoid this filthy disgrace of a 7-Eleven! As the other reviews mention, the prices are out of date and mis-marked. If you dare... mention this at check out, you will be met by indifference, anger, and no effort to accept responsibility. On one occasion theyactually thought explaining that the marked price was a month old was a reason I should pay the new price. A month old? Really?Save yourself frustration and a need to shower, skip this pit! Read more

Says it?s 24 hours a day but this store closes at 12 am to 430 am every day. You need to update Google then if these are your... hours. This easily is becoming one of the worst 711 in Denver. Read more

They have the entire row of regular size candy bars marked for $1.69 but when you get to the register they charge you $1.99... instead of being Okay about it charging me the 1.69 she said it must be wrong. When I was a kid and I worked at a conveniencestore I was always taught that the customer's always right apparently that's changed in these years. Read more

A cleaner location in comparison to surrounding 711s, but LAZY BUSSINESS PRACTICES. Im tired of bringing items to the counter... only for stuff to ring up at a price not advertised. IM SO TIRED OF PRODUCTS RINGING UP AT PRICES OTHER THAN ADVERTISED. I buy711 brand Replenish drinks, which are advertised @ $1.99 on the shelf, but they rung up for $2.09. When I asked the cashierabout it (who obviously has no effort alotted to speaking, interacting & customer service) I'm told 'they' put the wrong pricetags up. Whos they? Yall hire a special team to put in price tags? Bc I know the vendors dont do it, thats yalls responsibility.Another cashier tells be they dont have staff to do the cooler ???????? Seriously there are 3 people working behind the counter& not 1 staff member knows how to adjust price tags according to the product or stock the cooler? Thats literally part ofrunning a store. Customers do shop according to price, we dont all blindly walk in & grab stuff to buy. Poor business practicesreally, LAZINESS all around. Management needs to tighten up bc theres plenty of other franchises competing around you & Idrather take my business where they know how to do their jobs & make an active effort to do so, seriously your jobs aint hard. The store was dirty. You have homeless out front smoking weed and lastly your employees dont like to talk. They dont greet you... or say hi at the counter..instead they just ring up your order and tell you how much it is and ask if you want your receipt.Just not a friendly store. Read more

I bought chocolate milk there today and it was dated 10/02/2020 so I went in after I took a sip. Had to spit it out dude that... works there looked at me like I was i was bringing it back from home. I never made it more than 5 ft from the door. When he seenme two seconds before buying it. Also he is always on the phone o think he is talking to me and than he will point to his war.Everytime I'm in there. He is the one thay works graveyard every night. He has no people skills so that means no customerservice. I understand seeing him there every night so that he is convenient but I already know plenty of people who won't shopthere. I do because its close to where I live. I won't go in there anymore I'll go down the street and will tell everyone. Itsabout the customer not about what works for your wallet. Because with that dude your wallet will hit the great depression. Read more

Not bike or people friendly. Walked in with my bike to avoid it getting stolen. The cashier shrieks at me to take my bike... outside as if I was her child doing something wrong. They also weren?t tolerant of the guy in front of me with a back pack. Zerosignage indicating no bikes or bags. I?d avoid this place at all costs. If you?re biking and need snacks/hydration, theUbergrippen climbing gym behind the 7/11 is super friendly and happy to earn your business. Read more
