Came here last night at 11 and it was closed for "system restart". I go in today at 5:45-6:00pm and the store is closed AGAIN... for another system restart. You guys are losing so much business. I literally saw 10 customers try to open the locked doors. Doyou know your employee is closing the store during operating hours on a consistent basis? That's a lot of money to lose. Shame. Read more

I understand that it might take up a little bit of time and hassle to count a lump sum of money (for rent) but the fact of the... matter is that you have the service for a reason. I came to your store this evening and walked up to the front desk and theclerk wasn?t there but sensed I was and already with a snide tone he asked if I was ready. I obviously was standing at the frontdesk! By the time we got finished counting the money and I was on my way out he continue to mention how there was a hypotheticalrisk of getting robbed and there was nothing he could do about it. I said I realize that but there wasn?t really much else thatI could do and he further continued commenting with ?you go to a bank and pay rent that way?? if it was that easy for me thisweek I would have. Can you just do your job? It?s a hassle and risk for both of us at the end of the day, but again yourservices have this ability for a reason.. like running short on time for the month and doing a fast transfer through 7-11, butall my accounts are in the forms of Credit union CDs and that?s just that much more of a drive and transport for the cashierscheck in itself with little time left for the month. I see he that he was trying to make an effort and in me not continuingservices there for the future? I don?t understand why he had to make the comments in the way he did other than him beingagitated, which is quite an annoyance in itself for both of us just because you?re pressed for counting the cash that has beenin my thong ???? (stripper problems) and don?t get on me about sanitary precautions because half of all the dollars that aretransferred around are in strip clubs already. Money is dirty. I should start by saying that I have been coming to this location for years now. At any hour of the day, I have had a pleasant... experience. Today I was waiting in line while a couple was being completely rude. Carlos, and the new girl handled the situationvery well, while receiving constant complaints from the couple. It's got the things you need as well as very chill employees. There's this one dude who I talk to everytime I buy my stuff.... Pretty chill. But they kinds lack in the chips department which sucks, as well as other things like hot dog buns. But hey,whatever. They have a good ice cream variety though which is nice. Read more
