The one on 72nd is under new ownership and the Male worker i have witnessed him cussing out customers and flipping them off... inside the store. They are very rude to customers and being a franchise store it doesn't look good on 7 eleven at all. Read more

If i could give a negative star i would. I went in wearing a mask, wanting a snack and needed the restroom. I was accused... publicly of stealing, i couldnt understand thru his accent what he was saying, i emptied all of my pockets in front of theentire store full of customers and when i did want to buy the cheese puffs using my points i felt humiliated. I dont know whathe would've done if left alone with him and to top it all off i work for a 7-11 in the springs. I have never been so unjustlytreated or have i treated anyone like that ever. Im so disgusted I'll never return to that particular store as long as i live.Even if they r the last 1 on earth. I'll die across the street before ever going in again . Read more
Stopped to use the restroom today and oh my goodness. I think I contracted hepatitis and coronavirus ???????? the bathroom was... so nasty. The sink was even full of dirt. I love how the company states that health and safety to their customers is of toppriority. This bathroom looked as though it had never been cleaned. Be careful with this location. If you are not paying attention, they will add things to your purchase that you are not getting.... Mostly with the hot foods, they will "accidentally" hit the button too many times and walk away to run multiple registers, or ifyou ask for fifteen dollars in gas and they ring up fifty. Things like this have happened to me multiple times here. They arethe only convenience store around at this time, so the options are limited for the area, and they know it. Employees are usuallyrude and don't communicate with customers well. Read more
This location is LITERALLY just okay. Has a large selection of products... a lot more than the other 7-11's I've been to.... HOWEVER - the hot food they serve is usually always cold when I get it, so I have to heat it up in the microwave/toaster when Iget to work ... isn't the point of hot food for it to be hot when served? - I never see them check the temperatures. Theemployees are genuinely nice but overall this store could use better management skills and less communication from employee toemployee when works obviously needs to be done. Read more
