This 7-Eleven ( 4500 Peoria St, Denver, CO 80239) have thieves cashiers. I bought chicken wings 8 which was $4 ( buy 8 for $4)... and Gas ??(fuel) $38 and they asked me to go get gas and come back for my Chicken ????. When I went for Gas, it?s $30. I saidthey will return me back the rest ($8), then I returned and get my chicken ????. The big mistake I made is that I didn?t ask formy receipt and also I didn?t check immediately my bank account. The second day, I checked my account and I see that the chargedme two times $42.38 and $25.61. For that I returned and they asked me the receipt and also the person that was cashier wasn?tthere, then I rented very made to home. Really bad experience with their employees . I was in a aile choosing out a drink that i wanted to purchase with my 2 daughters... (13, and 5) when one of the employees screamed in a really rude way to move . As soon as i moved he said in a really loud anddisrespectful way that we did not hear him the first time. How can they be so rude to a 5 year old and proceed to continue withthe disrespect .my 5 year old daughter left home crying because she was scared of the way they yelled at us. This is the worse store ever! The cashier both African American were rude , ignorant , no customer service at all. Then I asked... for the manager and low and behold these rude , loud ignorant women stated they were the managers. I asked for corporate numberthey proceeded to tell Me to google it! This 7-11 is a great connect between work and home, however the associates need to be trained on how to process the different... Colorado Lottery board games. I the customer should NOT have to spend time guiding the associate thru lotto purchases involvingoptions they should be familiar with ( no ex match, with EZ match, play-no play, advance draws). Its frustrating and badcustomer service. There are times I choose another place to play lotto to avoid the frustration as in delaying other customersfrom making their purchase due to the 7-11 associate having no idea on how to process lotto boards. 2 advance draws DOES NOTmean you ignore the message when machine prompts the associate to enter number of advance draws. Not disregard and run tickettwice!?!?... Kinda defeats the very purpose of buying in advance. Please train the associates at this store on Colorado lottoboards and their different play options and features to process correctly. Customer service will greatly improve. Thank you. Read more

Honestly, every time we go in all the people behind the counter are so unfriendly. The never want to hear any questions you... might have. They just seem so annoyed. Its so sad people are that miserable there. I will never go back to a 7-Eleven speciallysince there are so many other gas stations out there. Its just always such a horrible experience so Im just going to save thetrouble from now on. So please drive 20 seconds more and go to Conoco. Read more
Went there to see if they had Covid test but they didn?t and the lady said they didn?t have any- MIND U it wasn?t for me then... the lady told me that I needed a mask if I was getting a Covid test?. Sis it wasn?t for me and she assumed it was for my mom andI told her it?s for my cousin. Then again she told me that they don?t have any there and told me to go to Walgreens. I?m sorry,did my mom working there affect you that much? What made you think I?m my mother? I?m a whole different person, just cause I?mher daughter doesn?t mean you put that energy on me. Read more
