Worst customer service!!The guy working which was the owner absolutely didn?t want me cashing in my lottery tickets. Not only... was it under a hundred but I also bought more tickets. Which he tried to say some of my tickets were already paid out which theywere not. I had to insist that they were not paid and he finally paid them all in ones of course. 60.00 in ones. Read more
I really don't like giving bad reviews but, this store has been going down hill for years. I have lived in the neighborhood for... 10 years. The night guy is always yelling at people over masks but often takes his off to put rubber bands in his beard touchinghis face then you products. When the mask is on its not on correctly. They don't keep the store stocked well. As an added bonusyou can no longer go in or out of the store without being bombarded by junkies and bums asking for money. I will be going to anyother gas station in the neighborhood. I will drive past this location to 72nd and pecos to the next 7 eleven. Read more
Went to buy ciggarettes and the older lady in the morning was very rude when i tried to use a coupon for ciggarettes and treated... me as if I was a little kid. When i told her I didnt appreciate her talking to me that way she mummbled i was not welcome. Fromnow on i will be shopping at different location. Cleaner than most of the 7 elevens in this neighborhood and everyone is much nicer and has great customer service. It's not as... busy as the others in this area which makes it easier to get in-and-out more quickly plus they have a bigger/ better drinkselection of energy drinks. Read more
The manager here is very rude and unprofessional. The first time I came here one of her cashier's overcharged us and when we... noticed it and asked for them to do the transaction over she scoffed and rudely said "I'm the manager, I know what I'm doing!" Then again tonight, after purchasing something I asked to use the bathroom and she said, it's NOT to be used at night. Sincewhen aren't CUSTOMERS able to use a PUBLIC bathroom at night!??? Wow. Soooo either the person working today is not trained or is trying to scam people over nachos for a dollar? My husband just... visited this location and went to get nachos. When he went to pay with just a tray of chips NO CHEESE YET. The clerk told him itwas a dollar extra for cheese?.. so you?re trying to tell me you charge for a small tray of DRY chips with nothing on them andcall them nachos and charge 3.50 but if you actually want the cheese to make the nachos it?s an extra dollar? Funny if you go toany other 7-11 the chili and cheese are always included in the 3.50 price. What a joke. Read more
