Very poor customer service.. They mistreat the homeless.. And don't speak any English.. And always on the phone!! May 22nd... 2022...I go go in to buy a pack of smokes and sun flower seeds in a rush I left my smokes on the counter and left. I get back tothe house and notest I didn't have my smokes. Only 20 min. Later I go back to collect my smokes and the clerk didn't rememberhaving to to pick up the smokes or me and wouldn't run receipt or check for verification...wouldn't give me the time of day!!!POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! theres a man who works overnight and almost everytime i try to go there at night the door is locked and he tells me to go away.... the other day i went in and used one of my cards, he then loudly yelled that my card had declined and after i used a differentcard that went thru he rolled his eyes at me. I greeted the man, who barely acknowledged me. I asked politely if I could use the restroom which was visibly open, and was told... ?yes? by a man helping unpack, but ?no,? from the man in the uniform with no explanation. Terrible customer service. They allow their co workers to bully customers out of deals. If you are a user of the 7 eleven app I... suggest you DO NOT shop at this location. Even deals that they offer that doesn't require the app, they screw you on. Read more
