The service is always excellent. The food many times is either not done cooking and/or has been sitting out too long i.e, stale... or too hard. The store cleanliness is a 7 out of 10 mostly because the area by the fountain drinks tends to be dirty and/ormessy. Read more

I am actually surprised that this 7-11's is above 1.0 stars, it is only because you can not give zero or negative stars. The... place is filthy, there lots of products that are out or damaged from laying on the floor. The cashier was sitting on a box orsomething really low and when I asked about fountain drink lids, her response was if they are not then we are out. Anothercustomer told me where they were. My wife recommended Kum&Go across the street, but I thought it would be easier to go to 7-11since it was our side of the road. I have this place more than a couple of chances, well no more. I went into buy a coffee and a vape pen. It should not have been an issue but the cashier treated me with open hostility. When I... asked basic questions I was scolded. Wish I could give it 0 stars. The service is horrible. They can?t tag any item right. The pricing is all off but they refuse to... take any responsibility. They will not honor the prices they have on the shelves. Happens frequently. And then if you call themout on it or ask questions they lash out and make excuses. They refuse to wear masks and get inches from your face (noexaggeration, wish I could pull their video footage) to shout at you when you ask a question about how much something is becauseobviously their incompetence can?t allow them to tag their shelves correctly. Not the best as far as employees. They are always busy talking to each other or the one guy that is always on his phone doing... some telemarketing job or trying to explain how to troubleshoot something( not to his current customer but on the phone). Prettybad in my experience. Nice building but that doesn't get you 5 stars. Oh and about 3:50 pm 11/19/16 which is today, I bought abanana so I could get cash off of my card because the ATM was broken. I open the banana and to my surprise the center of thebanana looked as if blood was injected into it. I didn't eat it but am scared I almost gave it to my daughter.
