I always enjoy the food, but the service today was pretty terrible. We went through the drive through and waited over 20 minutes... for one burger, one salad, and a kids chicken tender meal. We had 6 cars behind us in the drive through pull around us and leavewith their food before we got ours, and one of those cars was handed two large bags of food. We actually went inside to askwhere our food was. On top of that, they got the side wrong for the kids meal and gave us the wrong ketchup. Read more
Worst experience yet. Messed up my order 3x in a matter of 10 minutes. Charged me wrong price at first they corrected that... situation but still handed me wrong order. I was not rude or yelling at all just said I don't want to hear the excuses as theywere starting the refund but then started to refuse the refund and threaten to call police on me when I was very professionalnot cursing not yelling not even raising my voice until that still never cursing there was no reason to threaten police andrefuse my refund. There were 2 of us ordered separately. I got my food but my lunch partner didn't get her food while at least 10 or more others... had gotten their orders. Probably 30 minutes I went up to try to get her order (she walks not very well with a cane). They weremore concerned that I stepped across the line to kitchen than the delay of her food. Busy store at lunch. Training staff so new counter help. She had plenty of support supervision so a bit of a wait to order, but... 5 minute to custom cook. No complaints. Hot fresh. Made to order. I'll stop in again. Read more
The cashier Sue was really sweet and nailed my rather crazy order. She's a real testament to this place. The food was great too!
I arrived with my one year old and instantly one of the staff sat me down, got my drink for me, gave me sanitizing wipes, and... came to my table frequently to see if I needed anything. She was amazing. My food was good, they just forgot the chicken gravybut nothing serious. The tables also could have also been a tad cleaner since I saw lettuce and ketchup on it. We ordered at 1:17 am on 10/2/22. It took over 20 minutes to receive our order. First we had our gravy missing and also there... was no bacon which we paid for $1.50 extra. When I asked for the gravy, the employee just didn?t care and was going slow andhorrible service. Read more
