Just waited in the drive thru line for over 1 hour and 30 minutes. The restaurant was not that busy inside so that was not the... cause. The staff member, Toni, tried to get us to feel sorry for her but that is an insane amount of time to wait. We will notbe returning to this location. I would not recommend. Read more
I have been eating at Whataburger for years and have never had a bad experience. Their breakfast is by far the best fast food... breakfast I have had. That and their burger patties are fresh unlike most fastfood places. Read more
Attention to detail should matter. Always a quality burger but when the young lady at the register gets the order right, the... grill ticket is right and the wrong stuff is still in the bag it is frustrating. Then you wait for fresh onion rings while theburger gets cold. Not a first time error and at 7pm and no rush it should be accurate. 25 minutes in the drive thru. The manager said they only had 3 people working. Fries were soggy and old. There was 2 cars in... front of me and still 25 minutes for a patty melt, lg sprite, 1 lg and 1 medium fry, a shake, and 2 brownies. I cook and can saythat the 25 minutes I had to wait was because the manager was super busy making drinks and taking money from all the people infront of me. I'll go ahead and swoop down to Ft Worth Dr or even a 1/4 mile down the road in the future! Worst Whataburger Ihave ever visited by far and after over a year from the last visit where I did not get quite a bit of my meal, I would havethought maybe they would have got it together but wow was I wrong! If I could give 0 star I would they need to fire the whole crew of kids I ordered a spicy chicken Sandwich I was given a... regular then when I went inside to get it corrected the employees did not take their job serious then the strawberry sodatasting like a cup of nothing but flavorless bubbles then on top of that when I got my sandwich it still wasn?t cooked all theway everybody is standing around not doing their job ?I?ll never eat at this one again Read more
Great burgers and atmosphere for family and friends. Loved there fries ???? so so good!! Much have when you got to Whataburger.... It?s open until a reasonable time too. That makes eating late even better. Read more
Went through the drive thru today and got my my family dinner. They had told me that my total was $30.10 and I gave them $35.... The dude at the window had asked if I had 10¢ instead of giving him the $5 bill with three $10 bills. I gave him that andwaited about 3 minutes and got my food. By the time he gave me my drink it was overflowing and he poured the excess out thewindow. He kept my $5 bill and I didn't get any napkins or my receipt. Will not be coming here again. Read more
Used curbside. The app stated it would be ready in a 15 minute window. Well I sat and watched people come and go finally went... inside to check and they told me is was not ready! No explanation as to why this was 15 minute's after it was supposed to beready. I went back to my car and waited a few more minutes then they brought out the order. My french fries were lukewarm atbest. Not the best experience. Read more
